I've used Solopress a number of times for flyers and they are by far the cheapest, not just in Southend but nationally. The range of printing options they give is fantastic and turn around is always quick. Though the quality is overall very good, the colours in my last order were quite a way off and the colours varied between flyers in the final order. However I would still order from here again in a shot as the prices are just so good.

Product is good but customer service appalling. Ordered at 17:59 on Wednesday for the 6pm deadline but received an email the following day from Harley Davey that ''Unfortunately delivery for this product will be on Monday,'' instead of Friday.... I emailed them back but instead of a reply I just got a 'payment request' email. Thanks for brushing my comment to one side and just focusing on taking the money instead. Will I order from them again... Yes simply for product and price, but they have lost my trust.

Very disappointed. tried to order via their website, but was unable to do so Because their proofing system was not working at the time. Was told that I should send the files to them via their live chat...which I did, and I also advised them car size, and quality. I then received an email asking for the files, and what I required....so, I sent them a second time. I was also asked (again) for quality and size. After all this I asked for a proof and was told; "I can send you a proof however it would be an extra £10 for us to do this for you." So...I had sent order via email because their proofing system wasn't working, only to be told it will be £10 extra. Great customer service guys.

My first order with Solopress was great. Quick turnaround and good quality. Every other order since then has led to multiple reprints and countless emails and phone calls with a different person every time. If you need a quick one off job, then go for it. If you're trying to print business cards for an entire company and require ongoing service, consistent future printing and an account manager, look elsewhere. - I ordered a small batch for a few staff once, was happy with the results so decided to use them again later - I ordered 1 large batch of cards for our entire company. Received them but the printing quality was poor. They agreed and reprinted the whole batch. Totally fine. - Tried to order more for some other staff and received cards with totally different tones of the colour. This is the response: "I can confirm the colours will not be correct in this order because they are not supplied in CMYK. We will not be able to maintain a consistent colour if this is not supplied in a CMYK format." - Never has CYMK been requested on any of the order, and no where is it requested in the purchase process. - So now I am expected to provide a CYMK for my brand colour that may well be different to whatever the CYMK they have used on all the previous cards they have printed for us.

Absolutely disgusting service. It has been nearly 1 week and I have not had a response back from Liam with regards to Matt instead of GLOSS print. I intend on getting further analysis of all my other flyers and pursuing this matter through the small claims court.

Shocking customer service. I have a been a customer for 2 years now and am treated each time like a stranger.... why would you not keep a clients address on file? late, inexcusable asking for address 4 days after I made payment. My printing is now late. Furious.

APPALLING! Beware of this company and their 'terms and conditions'. I sent the artwork to get 250 postcards printed, got an email form them thanking me for my order and then got a link for payment. I then wanted to double checked the artwork before I payed and had to amend it slightly. I sent them the reviewed artwork and was told the job had already been printed. I thought it was a mistake as I hadn't payed for it yet!! I've dealt with many printers before and never have I had to pay AFTER the printing was done! They also do not state that's what they do anywhere on their emails (it's hidden in their terms and conditions instead). I called them and was passed on from one person to another. They said they couldn't reprint it for free as a gesture of goodwill. They said they'd give me 5% discount on my next order (how generous). 250 postcards is such a small quantity for them to redo. It wouldn't really make a difference to them. I would have happily used them again in the future and I would have told other people to use them if anyone needed printing done. Instead I will not use them again and I won't recommend them to anyone. It's their loss more than mine in the long run. Customer service is key these days but solo press certainly doesn't grasp this concept. Shame.

Nothing paid over 700 pounds for catalogue printing just to realise that all the prints are poor quality and none of the images are clear. Raided the issue with customer service lady who was the most unhelpful person . Will never give them any job
