The only thing this tour company can do is illegal and crazy competition. They lower down the tour fees but they force you to take some stupid activities which they can make big and unbelievable profit. The tour guides are almost Chinese and they almost do not speak English and French or you can not understand Chinese English and French. Please do not be cheated by their cheap price because this is a cheap company from the owner to the tour guide.

This route look pretty good. I would like to know more... Super across Canada in 10 days Visit Cities :Montreal, Ottawa, Sudbury, Sault Ste. Marie, Terrace Bay, Kenora, Winnipeg, Regina, Medicine Hat, Calgary, Banff, Revel stroke, Hope, Vancouver, Victoria. Day 1: Montreal - Ottawa – Sudbury Depart from Montreal at 6:30am to the capital of Canada – Ottawa; we stop for the photos of the Parliament Hill, the Peace Tower, and the Centennial Flame. After, we pass the largest provincial park in Canada, Algonquin Park, where you can see wildlife in nature. Stay overnight in Sudbury, Ontario, a very ‘French’ city within the province. In Sudbury, we will visit the Big Nickel at Dynamic Earth, the famous monument of 9m (30 ft) in height. For the night, we will stay at Days Inn Sudbury or similar. Day 2: Sudbury - Sault Ste - Marie - Wawa - Terrace Bay After breakfast in Sudbury, we will head to Sault Sainte Marie. We visit the Lake Superior Provincial Park to enjoy a beautiful landscape. You will pass through the town of Wawa, and see a statue of goose that weights 4 tons. This is one of the most photographed points of interest in Canada. Then visit the White River, the birthplace of Winnie the Pooh. Spend the night in Terrace Bay at the Red Dog Inn or similar....

Mauvais voyage à Niagara Falls. Il nous oublige à acheter des activités, c'est trop cher!
Response from the owner - in the last week
Bonjour, Sinorama propose à nos clients d'acheter des activités avec un prix compétitive, c'est à dire moins cher qu'acheter sur place.

We had a TERRIBLE trip with Sinorama from Toronto to NYC on Aug 29 to 31. Firstly, they must've booked too many people from those group deal sites, so they had to charter a bus from some charter company (definitely NOT the luxury bus they promised in their ad). The bus broke down twice(!) on the way for a total of over 7 hours, and once leaving us physically standing on the side of a highway in Pennsylvania with our luggage because the engine was smoking. We missed our 1st night out in NYC as the result. On the way, the tour guide made evasive excuses NOT to tell the passengers & the bus driver which hotel we were going to, even when the bus driver explicitly asked for the address several times, the tour guide repeatedly said "I'll tell you when we are closer". The tour guide didn't relent until pressed hard by other passengers, several hours before arrival. It turned out to be a MOTEL, not the "nice" class of HOTEL they promised in their ad (no wonder he was shifty). The Motel was bad through & through! (the online reviews were bad; the reception desk was completely enclosed in what looked like bullet proof glass; breakfast was pathetic; and on both nights our bus was greeted by police cars at the front entrance questioning suspects!) The motel & trip experience was so bad that a couple of girls actually skipped away the 1st night and never came back to the bus nor did they even bothered to notify the tour guide! Then Sinorama tried to "make amends" by offering a free boat ride around the Liberty statue. During the trip when we tried to contact Sinorama about compensation, their management instructed the tour guide not to give out phone & email info for the Managers. After the trip, several managers whom we contacted claimed that Sinorama has NO RESPONSIBILITY for the bus because they don't own it (i.e. claimed they don't own any of the buses, therefore they are not liable!) In the end they only offered $50 voucher towards the next trip. We will never, ever use them again!

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME : You definitely don't want to travel with Sinorama Vacance they provide the worst service possible and their customer service is not accountable for the hotel and bus choices ... We traveled with this company on 3 day NY trip August 29-2014 : we were accommodated in a Lowest quality motel available in New Jersey vs. 3 star hotel which was advertised on their ad's the bus broke down 2 time along the way as it was not check properly ( 7 hours waited on side street) .... their customer service department couldn't care less to address any of the travelers concerns. There are tons of other agencies who offer similar deals so Prevent traveling with this company !
