I am from Minnesota and i was tired of long winter and suddenly me and my wife planned to visit warm place for 1 week and one of my friend suggested go to key west . We stayed at Silver palm Inn for one week. Silver palm Inn is the best location in Key West .rooms are spacious and very clean.Staff is very helpful with good suggestion and to my surprise parking is free. My wife got sick with Flue and immediately the staff gave us details about good doctors in town. From front desk staff to house keeping staff all helped us . I recommend this hotel to all my friends..

Great spot and the service was super. My only issue was that it was bit of a distance to the festivities, if walking.

My husband and I spent 5 nights here during our Honeymoon. The inn was nice but below our expectations. Location was nice. Although there are some undesirable type places surrounding, it's pretty easy to ignore it. The size of the rooms is nice and our favorite thing was probably the shower. Our room (218) had a difficult door. Good thing my husband is military because he had to barge in the door every time we had to open it. Very irritating. Although the room was nice it was difficult to ignore the noise. There were tons of kids and the walls are paper thin. Our upstairs neighbors decided to roll suitcases around and drag the furniture everyday at about 7am and we heard everything. Children at the pool were extremely loud early in the morning so hopefully you want a wake-up call via yelling. Pool itself was nice when not crowded. Right inside at the lobby was the same area for breakfast which made things a bit crowded. Other than the noise the inn was alright.

Very nice hotel. The rooms were very modern and well-kept. The pool/hot tub area was very nice too. The hotel is a bit of a walk to Duval street.

Very clean, modern, new construction, excellent amenities, fairly comfortable beds, very soft towels! The covered parking that is INCLUDED is WONDERFUL! No need to worry about trying to find a place to park during your stay in Key West. The few concerns I had were that the wireless internet wasn't working well in our room and the walls were a bit thin (you could hear when children were playing/running around outside in the halls and at the pool). Location is decent as long as you don't mind walking a little bit. VERY VERY friendly staff!! I would certainly recommend this hotel.
