Over 100,000 people lined the streets of Toowoomba in celebration of this year’s Grand Central Floral Parade themed the “Carnival Comes to Town – Laugh, Play, Hooray!”. Shine Lawyers Toowoomba presented their very first entry into the stunning floral float parade, with a hand-made float. All the flowers have been gifted to Sunrise Way, a local not for profit organisation.
