The brewery festivities have been kicked off this morning with 'Carols in the Cask Yard'!

Every year, our new starters are invited to sing to the rest of the brewery from the balcony in the cask yard and they definitely did themselves proud this year!

The Kent Green Hop Beer Fortnight starts on 25th September this year.

Find out about our brew, 'Green Hop Ale' and where you can try it at http://snea.me/1M98f47
Hop harvest season is almost upon us, so head to the Garden of England this autumn for some of the best beery celebrations in the country. Kent has grown hops since the 16th century, with around 50% of the UK’s total crop still coming from the county - and brewers and beer lovers are encouraged to pay homage to the county’s favourite export each year.

New Manager at The Minnis, Daniel Cole, is relishing the chance to build on the Bar & Brasserie's previous success:
Not many bars come with their own ice cream kiosk. It is just one of the unique features of The Minnis Bay Bar & Brasserie which attracted new general manager Daniel Cole.
