I am shocked and amazed that this business is still open. I have had several negative experiences, but since I just tried them one last time today, I'll just tell you what to expect if you decide to enter the nightmare that is Bill Harris Music. The place is in absolute shambles. I would be terrified to buy anything because all their products are treated horribly. It's all buried under mounds of paper and garbage. The place looks like an episode from Hoarders or something. Disastrous. The service is appalling. Bill himself can be friendly, but doesn't know anything. He has employed a younger guy who is a bit more helpful, but the dude is totally paralyzed by the logistical nightmare that the Harris's have created. They didn't know if they had what I was looking for, and ended up just scrounging through boxes of actual junk to find one. Finally I just gave up and left and went to Summerhays in Orem where they gave me exactly what I needed with a smile. The prices seem reasonable, but I really have no idea what condition anything is in because the place is such a train wreck. STAY AWAY.

Unfortunately, this place is notorious for being ridiculously slow. I have been here a few times and although the food is great, I can't stand going because of the wait. Please train your employees to move a little quicker!
