NEW CAUSE: Provide support and resources to families facing autism!

Autism is a developmental disorder that now impacts 1 in every 68 children in the U.S. Autism often affects a child’s social skills, limiting their ability to communicate with their family, express their emotions, or interact at school. Many children with autism are highly intelligent, but struggle to form connections and communicate in ways that many of us take for granted. This week, Sevenly is partnering with Kulture City, a nonprofit that aims to make life vibrant and enjoyable for people with autism and their families by distributing small comforts such as weighted blankets and educational materials for parents, funding the only special needs orphanage in Uganda, and providing many other services in between. Shop this week and support these children & their families with each purchase! --> http://svnly.org/1puUIhv

NEW CAUSE: Help homeless pets find their forever homes! --> http://svnly.org/24VaBO8

Pets are the most loving creatures in the world, but sadly, not every pet has a loving home. In America, an average of 7.6 million pets enter shelters each year. These high numbers of homeless animals puts quite a bit of pressure on shelters, and they simply can’t meet the demands. This week, Sevenly is excited to partner with Barks of Love, an all-breed dog rescue in California that is committed to match-making the perfect dogs with their perfect families. They are foster based, and no-kill, so all of the dogs in their care will be paired with the right family for them! Shop this week’s collection inspired by furry friends & ensure stray dogs have a safe, loving home!

NEW CAUSE: Support survivors of sexual assault with each purchase --> http://svnly.org/1LaqjyB

Each year there are over 293,000 survivors of sexual assault, and 68% of all instances will never be reported to police. This means that many people dealing with sexual assault will be in need of critical resources or support during one of the most trying times of their lives. This week, we are partnering with RAINN (Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network), the nation’s largest anti-sexual violence organization that works to support survivors of sexual assault by providing the free National Sexual Assault Hotline, prosecuting perpetrators, and raising awareness for this very important issue. Each purchase from our featured collection supports this organization and provides support and resources to survivors of sexual assault.

NEW CAUSE: Promote literacy by providing books to communities who need them most! --> http://svnly.org/1TLiTTn

In the U.S. today there are 36 million adults who can only read at the level of a third grader. Forty-three percent of adults facing this issue live in extreme poverty, and low literacy limits opportunities that many of us take for granted. This week, Sevenly is teaming up with Little Free Library, a nonprofit combatting illiteracy by increasing access to local, free books.

Little Free Library motivates individuals and groups to do something that seems simple: to set up a physical book exchange. The result is sharing of free books, which increases neighborliness and motivates reading in settings world-wide. Shop this week & support this incredible cause!

NEW CAUSE: Help children in the Philippines get to school safely & consistently! --> http://svnly.org/1T1XIOr

In the Philippines, children face difficult challenges just to be able to go to school. Some children have to swim to school with their school bags and uniforms getting wet in the process, while others don't have even the option to attend at all as they live too far away or are forced to work to help their families survive. This week, we are teaming up with The Yellow Boat of Hope Foundation to help underprivileged children in the Philippines get to school safely. Shop and make a difference!

NEW CAUSE: Give the joy of play to children in disadvantaged communities! --> http://svnly.org/1TVqNtU

Every child deserves to experience the carefree innocence of childhood, but all too often, global and environmental factors make this impossible. In harsh conditions such as those in refugee camps, war zones, and in the wake of a natural disaster, kids struggle to keep a basic sense of normalcy in their lives. In situations like these, kids often can’t go to school, live in their homes, or spend their days playing with friends. This week, we are partnering with One World Play Project, and organization that believes the power of play can change the world. Shop this week’s collection and enables play and connection for children in disadvantaged communities around the world!
