Words Can not describe how upsetting and frustrating it is to deal with Sensis! They have been migrating over to a 'new' system since the last quarter of 2015 and as of June 2016 it is still unable to be accessed by the client! Clients are unable to Edit or Update any of their digital listings that they have PAID FOR. It is an absolute JOKE! I have also had a minimum of 5 Account Representatives in the last few years and have had to find this out myself when I've attempted to contact the last one to find out what was going on. This is what happens when there is virtually no competition in the marketplace!! If i could give a 0 Stars, I would!! The Ombudsman will be my next call!

Overpaid these wankers by $4000. Took the money out of my account straight away. 28 days later still haven't returned it. If you talk to sales you get an Australian, if you talk to Billing they are Phillipinos. Have had it for six months, had one phone call as a result of the yellow pages. Never again.

I have had no had access to my online content for 2 months.I was told to forward updates to Sensis for uploading. They failed to do this. They expect me to keep paying for services they fail to provide. Their customer service is woeful. Do not waste your time or money with Sensis. I did, and I regret ever giving them the time of day.

Incredibly appalling service. Rolled over our Yellow pages advertisement from the previous year with absolutely no discussion or contact with with us. Trying to contact a representative in Australia proves incredibly difficult. The direct number for Melbourne goes straight to the Philippines. They are arguing that an agreement for our 2011 advertising still holds for the current 2016/2017 Yellow pages. Refuse to even discuss it because they say as they had not heard anything from us that authorizes them to go ahead and use last years advertisement. I can not believe how bad the service has become from a company we have dealt honorably with for 30 years.

Very poor experience. I was told at sign up I would have access to data related to the number of people who visited my site (this would inform me as to whether I would continue after 6 months). I enquired and was given the run around numerous times, on hold for hours and then told the system is being rebuilt as there were problems with it and that they would not refund me for lack of service. I was often told one thing by one person and then told to ring another dept which I got a different response. I have now cancelled my contract. I am also still awaiting r, the 2nd eview of my complaint and no response was given within the time frame that was communicated to me.

Terrible experience trying to correct incorrect phone info on a business listing that was unauthorized. Spoke to Tracy and notified that I would like pay to advertise my business with Sensis and correct info. What an ordeal firstly told that I had to speak up as she had a lot of people around her that are shouting and so she could not hear... maybe unsatisfied customers? Ok so I spoke up, she requested ABN however the company name is different to what they had listed so she wanted to change that but I said that trading name they had listed was fine just want the phone number corrected. Nope that was not going to do she had to change the listing to the Company PTY LTD as that was what was on the ASIC website? So its OK to post incorrect info when its suits Sensis as they don't want an empty directory and they farm incorrect details. Anyway that's all fine would have been happy to oblige but its just the way it was handled by Tracy. Would not pass me to any other operator as she was the final say. So I registered the name on their listing and rang back spoke to Mark who was pleasant and helpful, however said that Tracy had noted that I can only talk to her. I said she was unhelpful and so I would not be proceeding if that was the case, to Mark's credit he then proceeded to help which I really appreciated and will only deal with him. Sorry Sensis but you really need to train some of your sales people in customer service. Happy to change this review if any info is incorrect and will await your reply. Thank you.

Despite not using any services provided by Yellow Pages or SENSIS for many years we are being billed over $10,000.00 for services which Sensis can neither confirm nor deny that they have any proof of providing to us. We suddenly received three invoices in the post in November 2015 and despite multiple attempts via email, telephone, and post to have this resolved Sensis still have - to this date - not responded to ANY of our correspondence. In 32 years of business we have never experienced a company more determined to accuse us of owing them money when they have provided no service and cannot prove this point. Terrible service Sensis. You should be utterly ashamed of yourself and you complete lack of any attempt to have this situation resolved.
