I tend to see things as rosy...so I am not to worried about the transition. I know there are plenty of detractors but between the three games I play I have way to much fun.
Gamasutra speaks to Daybreak chief John Smedley and senior exec Laura Naviaux about why the company formerly known as SOE was sold by Sony, why it laid off so many people, and what comes next.

Half glass full is the way to go.  I like it!

Having said that, I admit to worry about Everquest: Next.  I can see them dumping it entirely.  :(   But maybe that's fine.  Just continue on EQ2, and the others, use the resources wisely.

A nice article.  I have always liked Smedley, I"m glad he's still around.

I didn't know they had an Austin office.

The Valve thing annoys me.  I don't understand why we can't have market for mods.   If you don't want it, don't buy it.  Mods are amazing, at the high end.  If these guys received payment, how much more could they do?

Originally this was going to just be a Planetside 2 collection, but I decided to extend it to all of the Daybreak Games games that I play so I will be including interesting articles about #h1z1   , #planetside2  and #Everquest2  .

Thanks to +Fantasy Flight Games (FFG) we now have a huge number of Star Wars themed games. Many of which I love and wish I could play more. This collection will cover items related to any games in the Star Wars universe, but generally covering the offerings from FFG.

I think this would be very cool. If not for others, for me as a way to collect the items from specific games and things.
A new feature called Collections is coming soon to Google+, according to sources of ours. While we have limited information about Collections at this time, from what we understand, the feature wants users to create “collections” of their interests, which makes it sound a lot like Pinterest meets ...

I so very rarely get streaks above 2 or 3, this can as a pretty complete shock. Granted most were in a turret.....so it was a bit of an exercise in farming, but I will take what I can get. #planetside2

I like the idea, but the inability to share to more than one correction at a time is annoying. Have a few setup, looking forward to seeing what people do with them.

Introducing Google+ Collections, a new way to group your posts by topic

Our happiest Google+ users are those who connect with others around shared interests and passions. So we set out to give people a place to express the things they love. Today, we’re announcing Google+ Collections, a new way to group your posts by topic.

Every collection is a focused set of posts on a particular topic, providing an easy way for you to organize all the things you’re into. Each collection can be shared publicly, privately, or with a custom set of people. Once you create your first collection, your profile will display a new tab where other people can find and follow your collections.

Posts in collections you follow will appear in your Home stream, with a link to easily jump right into the collection so you can get to similar content from that author. Collections give you a great way to find more of the stuff you love from the people you follow.

Collections is available on Android and the web, and iOS is coming later. For Android users, make sure to update your Google+ app to get access to Collections.

For inspiration on interesting topics, check out our Featured Collections page here: g.co/collections

Create your collections today and share what you love.

Most certainly weird enough for #numenera.

The Gorgonorhynchus
So the strange white thing that seems to “erupt” from the worm is its proboscis. This is a tubular sucking organ that some worms use to feed.
During eversion, which takes place almost explosively, the short main trunk first appears, then this divides and the finer and filter branches appear, but since each one of these is the result of an evagination the effect is almost indescribable. It is as if a large number of lively, wriggling, minute worms had been shot out.

Tried Pollo Tropical for the first time tonight. Really great food if you like roasted chicken I highly suggest it. The chicken was very nicely seasoned and cooked well ( breast was not to dry). The four of us ate for under 30 dollars which pretty good for us. I can also recommend the plantains. Overall, we all liked it, including our picky 9 year old.

Montag's is a great shop for Pearland. In a city the physical size of Houston you are lucky if you don't have to drive to find a nice shop. Montag's focuses on miniatures and card games most of all but has a good enough selection of both board and roleplaying games. The shop is small, but is kept clean. Montag's is worth a visit if you are in the area.

Food was excellent and more than filling. Picky kids liked the chicken nuggets which was a not of a surprise. Live music, good atmosphere, great food and beer. Yum.

The food has been excellent I had the shrimp scampi. The server has been so so. The kitchen seemed very slow and resulted in us getting a few extra fillers. Over all though I would come back. Good food abd a nice quiet atmosphere .

Had the half roast chicken. Chicken was good and not dry. Came with a variety of things, potatoes and carrots/cabbage as well as a bread stuffing and Yorkshire pudding. Was a lot to eat. Topped off with a nice brown gravy was perfect.

I thought the food was good. I had the French Dip and the au jus had a good flavor and wasn't super runny. The service was pretty good though we did wait a bit to order and were not offered desert. Over all though i liked it. We sat outside which was nice.

The Dennys in Pearland is generally very good. Sometimes either the food or the service can be a bit off, but usually that isnt the case. Cesar ia a great waiter as has been mentioned in a number of reviews.
