Today a National Holiday for Greece, known as Theofania where we celebrate the day of purification of the people's souls. The priest of each region throws the Holy Cross in the sea and swimmers dive to catch the Cross.

Not an organized on boarding/of boarding process. Seating assignment means nothing. Felt like I we in a 3rd world country. People were scrambling to get in and out of the boat. The seats are comfortable and there are plenty of restrooms and wash areas. Overall it's okay and gets you from point A to B. I recommend taking the plan next time as it is approximately same price but much more faster.

Avoid this company!! We waited almost 2 hours in rafina port to start our trip. No information to passengers, only excuses. When I complained on the ship they would only forward me to the ticket office in Paros. No help there.told us to call the central office. When I called, the person on the phone was of absolutely no help either as he was not responsible (like all other persons before). Not customer-minded at all! Save your money and take the slower options which could be quicker in the end. Oh and they did not reply to my email which they told me to write as a mean of complaint. They simply don't care!

Unannounced delay of 2hours. I have heard that the problem of delayed departures/arrivals has become consistent for some time now! Unacceptable for the price!! I will definitely avoid using their services again!!

My daughter & I took a Seajets catamaran ferry from Heraklion, Crete to Naxos on 2 August 2016. (Seajets is the ONLY ferry that travels this route.) The trip out was perfect. Left & arrived on time, plenty of space inside & outside to enjoy the views & the sea, decent snack bar, clean toilets, etc. Our return trip, however, was a horror show. Our original booking for 14 August 2016 was cancelled due to weather conditions. This happens and I can’t blame Seajets for the weather. We were given tickets for the following day at the same time – departure at 14:55 & arrival at 18:40. However, the departure was delayed by over 3 hours (during which time many other ferries came & left Naxos port on schedule) and even though Seajets brought in their biggest & fastest Tera Jet monohull ship, the sailing time was over 5 hours & we only arrived at Heraklion Port after 23:00. Needless to say this caused great inconvenience with hotels and restaurants. In addition, the “service” was horrible. The ship’s snack bar ran out of food & drinks except for bottled water, the toilets were a mess, there was no deck access on this huge ship and worst of all was what they called the “reception” desk. Passengers were crowded around this little area throughout the entire trip in order to file complaints. Instead of complaint forms, they had a single triplicate copy book that could be used by only one person at a time! It was stifling hot there and I’m sure many people did not even bother to complain because they were physically unable. The desk was staffed by one overwhelmed young woman. A purser (?) finally appeared, but did basically nothing. I started a bit of a harangue over how we were being treated like cattle and a very nice Greek gentleman from Cyprus agreed and translated my English into Greek for those who may not have understood my words. They definitely understood my anger. This same gentleman suggested that we initiate a class action suit. I plan to pursue this idea with him. Bottom line: Seajets is a crap shoot. First trip was a 5; the second a minus 20. Reader be warned. P.S. We loved Naxos! We love Crete, too. Shame we didn’t get any time there…

This company is quite unorganized and not very well mentained. Boarding process is a complete chaos and some seats are old and have been partly torn apart. Food is very good at the downstairs bar. Would have given 4 stars if seajets didn't have a seating plan, which got me sitting very far away from my family members. In addition, the ship I was on arrived 30 minutes late at Pireaus, but managed to make up for time, arriving only 10 minutes late at the port of Milos.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! Instead of informing people, they manipulate their clients over the weather forecast. They didn't reimburse me with the excuse that they dont have anymore cash. I went to the port with all my baggages three times in one day as they do not respond on the phone. I LOST TWO DAYS OF HOLIDAYS BECAUSE OF THEM AND MORE THAN 200 EUROS.

I have purchased four tickets (for more than EUR 200) for Champion Jet 1, which was supposed to leave Naxos for Heraklion at 14:55. The ship was "cancelled" and "replaced" by Tera Jet, which left Naxos three hours late, and arrived at Heraklion at 23:45, instead of 18:40 (more than FIVE hours late). This left us stranded in Heraklion, and forced us to change transportation and accommodation plans. Looking around the web, I notice this is not an isolated accident and it is actually common practice by SeaJets. Very disappointing.

We traveled several times to many islands in the aegean sea. Although it is slightly more expensive, it definitely worths, as it is faster, accurate and pleasant. Our first choice for traveling.
