Last night the +Sea to Table team prepped some wild Bristol Bay Alaska Sockeye Salmon sliders with +Brooklyn Grange greens and chipotle mayo and headed over to the +goodeggs hub in Brooklyn for the Producer Potluck. It was very cool to see where all the action happens and to meet other producers doing great things for the NYC food scene.

Check out the Bristol Bay Sockeye Salmon available from Good Eggs NY here: https://www.goodeggs.com/nyc/seatotablews/bristol-bay-wild-sockeye-salmon-frozen/549445c9ffa13902000036d1

Watch Reinvent the Food Movement this Wednesday, 10/22, at 11am PT.

The sustainable food movement and Silicon Valley may be unlikely bedfellows, but they have at least one thing in common: an idealistic belief that there’s a better way than the status quo.

+Michael Pollan,  one of the leading voices for food reform, has raised the concern that today’s food movement might have too broad an agenda, and may benefit from focusing its diverse efforts on one unifying issue.

Herein lies an opportunity to apply a Silicon Valley mentality: to concentrate on simple solutions that have the leverage to create widespread impact at massive scale.
