AORUS told us to check out their new Limited Edition X7 Pro V5 Gaming Laptop. "We're only making 500!" they said. I struggle to believe that though considering we couldn't even find the one they sent us... http://4ui.co/75b1

Great local store with lots of knowledgeable staff. Orders are normally quickly handled and the prices are reasonably good. The display cases have a great selection of the newest computer parts, and components and the test PCs offer a good way of demoing new technology.

I've been a loyal customer to Scorptec for almost 8 years now so I thought it's about time to create a review. Before Scorptec, I was a loyal customer with PC Case Gear, also for 8 years. I switched to Scorptec because PCCG was increasingly difficult to deal with. Sure, Scorptec doesn't have the best prices nor the best selection, but they make up for it with unbeatable customer service and at times gives me freebies to acknowledge my continued loyalty. I'm the type of customer that doesn't hunt for the best price, but if I find a shop that I really like, I stick with them for all my needs. So far I've had to return 2 faulty items and both times were pleasant and completely hassle free, I certainly can't say the same about PC Case Gear or any other shops I've dealt with in the past. Keep up the good work Scorptec!

When it comes to quality and customer service in the PC component sector, you absolutely can not go past Scorpion Technologies. In the many years that I have shopped in this market I have always found that Scorptec are the most friendly, genuinely helpful bunch of people who can go above and beyond to help you get the most out of your money. When it comes to money though, their pricing is generally higher than equally trustworthy competitors but I know many people who are willing to pay the extra to get premium level customer service at no extra cost.

The new showroom is so much better, there is a lot more staff on hand to serve customers and a lot more floor space to display goods. Staff are well informed and helpful when making choices or with any questions you have

A decent store for buying parts from, staff was helpful in offering advice in this regard and prices are ok HOWEVER absolutely awful turn around in regards to system repairs/my laptop that snapped at the hinge they had my laptop for almost 5 weeks, not once did i receive a phone call regarding an update of where the product was at, or whether it was even able to be repaired after multiple calls and messages left, i called and managed to get through, only to find out that there was nothing they could do for the laptop and apparently don't handle repairs of that nature in house which was different to the impression i received when i was asking whether they could help me with my problem, as i never would have given it to them to simply try outsource to another company, and not be able to do anything repair-wise in house. i found the staff helpful on a personal level, however their lack of correspondence and ambiguity as to whether they would even attempt to fix my laptop or not is appreciated i will not be returning, 5 weeks with no word is too long in my opinion, far too long.
