The challenges of letting go of coping skills that, up until now, have served me well in so many ways.
It started with a critical inner voice (one that probably echoes the views of a critical external voice: parent, teacher). That voice provides a self-check to ensure mistakes are not made, the right thing is said, shame is avoided, "appropriate" actions are taken ... all designed to reduce the ...

Introduction
I work with parents coping with postnatal/postpartum depression, women and men dealing with anxiety, depression, motivation and performance issues.

Mine is a person-centred, integrative approach, combining Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT - a cognitive, behavioural therapeutic process), mindfulness, existentialism along with compassion, caring and courage.

I work face to face, via Skype (to timezones around the world), providing individual, workshops (weekday and weekend) and group work sessions.
