A San Antonio, Texas developer plans to fix up a mostly-vacant retail building next to the St. Anthony Hotel and Travis Park, an area downtown that is undergoing revitalization.
Litofsky, the founder of real estate firm Main Street Properties, said he’s considering several options for the building, including adding residential space or a parking garage above the ground floor. Earlier this year, he completed renovations of a historic building on Market Square, recruiting new tenants such as a Western Wear store and a gift shop.
