Former KENS 5 and KSAT anchor Karen Gallagher was arrested last night shortly after sideswiping a car, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety report and Bexar County Jail records.
Karen Gallagher, 56, was arrested Wednesday night after a wrong-way crash on the North Side.
