Had some fun watching cool planes at Air Show 2018 at Ärna in Uppsala. Question is just whether 4yo or I enjoyed it the most :)

We just released SciPipe 0.8, a Go-based scientific workflow programming library. 0.8 comes with support for graph plotting and conversion of audit logs to HTML, TeX (for PDF generation) and even executable Bash-scripts, meaning that you can easily get a Bash-script that can reproduce any output file of the workflow from scratch(!): http://github.com/scipipe/scipipe/releases/tag/v0.8.0
Btw, SciPipe is getting production ready. We already completed a year-long research project to build machine learning models for toxicity prediction in drug discovery with it.

We just released version 0.8 of SciPipe, a Go-based workflow / pipelining library. The new version comes with workflow graph plotting, experimental conversion of audit reports toHTML, TeX/PDF, and even executable Bash-scripts. SciPipe is starting to be production ready now. We already used it for a large one year analysis project to build machine learning models for toxicity prediction in drug discovery: http://github.com/scipipe/scipipe/releases/tag/v0.8.0
