We made reservations, and arrived about 6:30. Do not stay at the RV park. There is no shuttle to the casino or pool. RV guests can call the security people, and ride in there nissan little 4 door tonka trucks. I have never stayed at a casino RV lot that had no shuttle. We had planned on gambling, and staying two nighrs. Now I plan on leaving first thing in the morning

We are sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your experience at our RV Park and that our service fell short of your expectations. We strive to provide excellent service and accommodations, we are sorry we missed the mark for you. Again, thank you for your review and your honest feedback.

We have stayed at this hotel before and never experienced this before. They now have bracelets for the swimming pool for children. Which I do not understand. We were unaware and wasn't told at check in we would need these for our children. So our children were made get out of the swimming pool and we're very disappointed. We have been guests here several times with our children and never asked about a bracelet for the pool. It was just very disappointing for our family other than that the rooms are very clean and the stay was pleasant.

Room was basic but no complaints since we had a free night. BBQ night at their buffet was just okay. Didn't like some of the food. Staff were friendly.

This was our first time here at Sam's town. I was impressed by the layout outside, they made look like an old western town back in the 50's and when you walk inside you are amazed how they did the inside the casino. They lot slot machines and tables to play. So take you time enjoying yourself, if you get hungry the have several restaurants to choose from and they also have a gift shop.

Decent but really getting ran down compared to 5 years ago, little investment going back into the building. Smaller gaming area than before. All staff seemed great but the rooms are showing their age. Winning is down but seems to be the whole area following suit. It's machines and OK casinos offer bigger wins and comps.

In the past years we have always enjoyed going here for a short vacation. This visit we noticed the hotel is getting run down and they are not fixing brokens items or equipment. We wonder if they are about to close the doors. The room was clean but Frig wouldnt get cold. The mattress was very worn and lopsided. Although it still slept fine. Sink drain was broken, the toilet seat was wobbly. Small old tv instead of the usual flatscreen. And others things caught our attention outside the room. Carpet coming loose from the floor, large icemakers missing from there spots. The lady making omelets only had I eye cooktop where she usually has 3. She said her others had went out and haven't been replaced, but she was hoping they would be in soon. All this put together it seems like something going on here. But sams town is garious with free rooms and we appreciate that will be back if they stay open which is why I give 4 stars.

We had a great time at the casino, won a little money and even got to attend a car show we hadn't known about prior. Due to the event, some of the lines were a bit long, but nothing unexpected. We both agreed we'll be back.
