Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your recent experience at the buffet. We are disappointed to hear your experience fell short of the high service standards we set at our company. We are always looking at ways to improve our performance, and I have provided a copy of your comments to the F&B manager so that we may continue to improve the guests experience.
