The most rude employees I have ever witnessed. The front desk employee put her hand in my face when I was trying to explain I had reserved a different room. I asked for a manager, she told me to go pick up a courtesy phone, where I was told all managers were on break. Waited 20 minutes and finally just decided to leave and haven't been back since. I was an emerald member, but I now choose to go elsewhere, and do my best to point all my friends and business associates elsewhere as well. I have emailed them numerous times and no reply. So, don't waste your time with this company. They are trying pathetic.

It is a really neat place with a great setup. The casino is nice. The buffet was only OK, not great.

LOL, well, I can say I came back a small winner this time around. Our hostess was great and the time we were there was good. We will be back.

The bar service is great, and they always have good music playing.

Had a wonderful time at Sam's Town. Service was what you would expect from a hotel/casino. Buffet breakfast food was a bit above average, although plenty of options to suite your taste. The casino dealers were very polite, although drink service was rather lacking for someone playing table games. Had to ask at least four times for a waitress, and even the "pit boss" didn't know where one was. Overall you get what you expect from Sam's Town, and this is where I stay each time I come to visit.

We stayed overnight to get away. I would say about 75% of the staff was great but the other 25% had better things to do. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had the BBQ buffet also. It was mostly really good but there were a couple things that seemed a little over done but I would definitely recommend it. All in all a good trip

Absolutely disgusting Buffet all the food was room temperature both cold/Hot items. Rude management when I brought it to there attention. Will never spend my money at this Hotel/casino again!

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your recent experience at the buffet. We are disappointed to hear your experience fell short of the high service standards we set at our company. We are always looking at ways to improve our performance, and I have provided a copy of your comments to the F&B manager so that we may continue to improve the guests experience. Again, thank you for your hones feedback; I hope we have an opportunity to do better on your next visit.

Decent but really getting ran down compared to 5 years ago, little investment going back into the building. Smaller gaming area than before. All staff seemed great but the rooms are showing their age. Winning is down but seems to be the whole area following suit. It's machines and OK casinos offer bigger wins and comps.
