Me and my family have bought many cars from this dealership I am very dissatisfied with the serves department I had them fix a recall to fix my manifold and they broke my dipstick tube. When I approached them to fix it they said it came in that way, and they had a note pertaining to that from the mechanic. (Which I know was not broke) the part that scares me is that it could have seized my motor. What else did they make a note on that kept a secret and did not tell me, that could have been catastrophic to my car. Now I can’t trust the serves department on the work that was done on my wife’s car and I have to check it to make sure it was done right. So now I have to fix it myself thank god I worked as a mechanic and currently a mechanical engineer. But for the people that are not good luck my suggestion is to use another dealership serves department or a self-owned garage. So in short I will never buy another car from them, nor will anyone from my family, all due to a $39.00 dollar dipstick tube.

Dear Edward- Based on our records you had a Vacuum Port Recall performed on 4/27/15, and our records indicate that the Service Advisor informed you that your oil dipstick was broken, which our mechanic discovered prior to performing the repair. Our records do not indicate that maintenance on this vehicle is done at Route 44 and it is more likely that during an oil change something of this nature would occur. Furthermore since you and your family are such valued customers, our Director of Operations himself personally reached out to you yesterday to address your concern. We simply discovered it and informed you. I would return to the service center that performs your oil changes and ask that they take responsibility for this concern. We are an honest establishment and own up to any and all concerns that may occur, and feel responsible to report any condition we find. - Best Regards "The Route 44 Toyota Team."

Was in there looking to get a Camry and didn't even get to talking numbers because the sales manager was lecturing me on why I should lease when I told him 20 times I would never lease and then when I talked price he said best he could knock off is 1200$... when I brought up true car he said that site is a joke and never works always loopholes... fast forward a week he offered my parents vehicle 1000$ in trade then only 1200$ off a venza xle v6 awd and the car was valued around 5-6000... said that was the "best he can do" and so my dad went to Boch and got 4000$ off msrp and 3000$ trade in... won't waste my time here anymore they discredit true car which is used at their Hyundai dealership and then claim they can't take more then 1200$ off sticker when its clear to the consumer other dealers are with the web and true car and also other ways to get offers on trade ins To the responder: it is a common occurrence at your dealership I was in there spring of 2014 with my girlfriend of the time looking at a corolla and the salesperson was badmouthing all other car brands because she wanted to see all her options and he especially talked trash about Hyundai and you own a Hyundai dealership... We sat with him for about 20 minutes and left with no interest in shopping at your business because I was about to flip out on your salesman because he couldn't even tell me any specs on any of the cars he was trashing and barely knew anything about toyota

Don't waste your time shopping for a car in Boston or the Boston suburbs, there are much, much better deals here! I looked around and went for test drives in the Boston area, but no one was able to meet my needs and work with my budget until I went to rt. 44 Toyota. The salesman, Tony, was great. He was personable, friendly, and knew what he was talking about. He helped make the experience stress free.More than worth the trip!

In October of 2013 I purchased a 2010 Toyota Corolla from a salesman named Stephen Woodcock. He pushed the use of seatbelts strongly in his sales pitch and told my wife and I it was a good idea for the driver to set the example. Well in July of last year, I had a major car accident on Route 3. I hit a tree at 80 MPH after being cut off from a driver using no blinker. I survived with a few broken ribs largely because of the use of my safety belt. Stephen Woodcock is the best salesman I ever came across. The entire staff went out of their way to get my wife and I into the vehicle. Thanks Route 44 Toyota!

I'm rating this a one, because I can't rate it a 0. I'm completely dissatisfied with this place. I keep receiving emails and offers in the mail about buying my vehicle. I finally go down and they tell me that those basically mean shit, and those are just promos to try to get me in. I just spent almost an hour with the sales rep arguing with me on the phone about making a deal on a different vehicle that I didn't want, when my credit is fantastic. Don't waste your time here, go somewhere else. They haven't been making good sales here for a reason.

I was blown away on how Steve went above and beyond. I am a disabled veteran who was struggling at the time of my visit to Toyota and as soon as Steve found out he took special care of me. This made me feel less stressed out allowed for me to actually enjoy the whole buying process. Steve is exceptional at what he does. I never write reviews and if I do it is usually because I am anger at horrible service, however I am very happy with this car dealership. ***This would be 5 stars if only Joel (finance), Joe (sales), and Bob (service) worked there!*** IF YOU GO PLEASE BE SURE TO ASK TO WORK WITH ONE OF THEM. If you don't I'm not responsible for what happens next! lol I wont lie... I have had a few bad experiences there but these three make up for all the drama. Not only did they fix what was wrong, they took the time to calm me down and apologized. You can tell when people take pride in their work and truly care about making a customer happy. As long as I get to work with one of them I'll happily only buy from Rt 44 :)
