I am contacting you about my horrible customer service experience from your company. I was scheduled for delivery for today 9/18/15 between the hrs of 9am and 1pm. I received a call at 10:25 a.m. on 9/18/15 notifying me that the driver was running behind. At 4:24 after no contact from rooms to go I called. The customer service representative stated that the driver was on his way. Obviously, that was a lie (it is 7:40 p.m. on 9/18/15). At 5:41 p.m. a representative called to confirm my furniture was delivered. It was not. The customer service representative attempted to call the driver while I was on hold and came back to say he could not get a hold of the driver. At 6:54 p.m. another customer service representative called to confirm my furniture had been delivered. It still was not delivered. The customer service representative again tried to contact the driver, but could not. She then stated she was talking to her manager about what went wrong and she would call me back. It is now 7:44 p.m. and I have not been contacted. It is very concerning that the customer service representatives do not communicate with one another to ensure a smooth experience. It seems as though the delivery service is a broken program, as well as your customer service.
