RANGERS will face Motherwell on this weekend at Ibrox in the Scottish Cup and tickets for the match are on sale now.

The Light Blues have faced Motherwell two times already this season, defeating them at Fir Park in the opening game of the season with James Tavernier and Martyn Waghorn on the scoresheet.

WAGHORN NEXT TO GO ON THE SPOT | http://rng.rs/2jAXUpq

RANGERS striker Martyn Waghorn will be the next in the hot seat this season as we put your #OnTheSpot questions to him.

For example, you could ask who was his footballing hero growing up? Did he always want to be a footballer? What would he have done if he hadn’t been a footballer? His favourite moment as a Rangers player so far? Leave your questions for the striker as a comment below.

READY TO GO AGAIN | http://rng.rs/2iZy8KG

Kenny Miller believes Rangers are fighting fit and ready to go for the resumption of competitive action against Motherwell at Ibrox on Saturday.

The Light Blues were given a thorough examination yesterday in East Germany by Bundesliga high-flyers RB Leipzig, and, despite the nature of the defeat, Miller reckons the graft the team had to put in during the game will stand them in good stead.

HALLIDAY: SLACKNESS ON THE BALL COST US | http://rng.rs/2jTzI4M

ANDY HALLIDAY pointed to slackness in possession as being a key factor behind Rangers’ defeat to Leipzig this afternoon.

The Light Blues were beaten 4-0 by the German outfit, and while recognising their quality, Halliday was still gutted with the manner of the defeat.

WE WANT TO PLAY OUR NORMAL GAME | http://rng.rs/2jEWCZJ

Harry Forrester insists Rangers will try to impose their usual game against Leipzig in the same manner as they would any other team in spite of their lofty Bundesliga position.

The German outfit are riding high in second position in their top flight, and while Forrester knows Gers are in for a tough test, he reckons he and his teammates have a strong enough mentality to go toe-to-toe with them.

A CHALLENGE TO RELISH | http://rng.rs/2jgky6z

Rangers under-20s take on Celtic at the Rangers Training Centre tomorrow, and coach Graeme Murty is relishing a very stern test for his boys once again.

Rangers will send out a side with players potentially as young as 15 for the clash which is being played behind closed-doors, while Celtic may utilise the tie to give game-time to some of their fringe players, providing a very tough but very useful encounter for Murty’s kids.

CRAIG'S 2020 VISION | http://rng.rs/2jQPRUN

Rangers' Head of Academy Craig Mulholland wants as many as six of the players in the club’s first-team squad to be Academy graduates in as little as three years’ time.

It’s an ambitious target set by Mulholland who was speaking at length and exclusively to RangersTV.tv this week, and he also insisted a player or indeed players will break through into the top team from the Academy inside the next 12 months.

MILLER: A VERY GOOD EXERCISE | http://rng.rs/2iuZgjz

KENNY MILLER believes today’s game with RB Leipzig was a very worthwhile exercise – but was naturally disappointed to lose the match.

The Gers striker has experienced many high-class opponents in the past, and he reckons the test he and his teammates got from the German outfit will benefit them greatly.

RB LEIPZIG 4:0 RANGERS (Werner 21' Burke 43' Poulsen 63' 80')

At a bitterly cold and snowy Red Bull Arena this afternoon, Rangers were defeated by RB Leipzig in a special friendly match. REPORT: http://rng.rs/2izKknz

Watched by an incredible travelling support from Glasgow, the side currently sitting second in the Bundesliga proved to be too strong for Mark Warburton's men, but the boys in Light Blue would have learned so much from arguably one of Europe's most talented sides.
