Poori – puffy, light and crispy unleavened Indian bread often served with Chana Masala (Chickpea Curry) or Aloo Sabzi (Potato Curry). Poori is generally made from whole wheat flour but sometimes a small part of all purpose flour, semolina or rice flour is added to give it a different texture. There are many variations of Poori – flavored with fresh herbs, spices, vegetables or even made with different types of flour.

Honey Ginger cough syrup is made with natural ingredients and it works every time. We have not bought any cough syrup in the last 20 years. Whenever someone has a cough in my family after common cold or flu, this is my go-to solution.

Hung Yogurt is a thick yogurt made by draining the excess whey from the yogurt. After the excessive moisture is drained, what is left, is a thick and creamy yogurt similar to Greek yogurt. Hung Yogurt is used in many Indian recipes for marinades, chutneys, dips, desserts and some Raitas.
