to all the lower back sufferers,2 years ago I was diagnosed with multi-level degeneration disease,most severe L-5,S-1.I did the back and neck therapy,but always seemed to 're-aggravate my lower back.I mean literally I would have to crawl out of bed,my kids would have to put my socks on for me.not good.keep in mind up until my diagnosis,I was working out and running about 3-4 times a week,I was very active.well my doctor advise me to slow down,that there was nothing other than pain medication,healthy diet and mild exercise.this summer i enrolled myself in a yoga class at the college I am attending.I never really understood what yoga really is,or the benefits I could receive from it.I'll tell you this,I'm really glad I didn't,because had I knew I probably would not have took the class.I'll say this and close ,to all those suffering from moderate to mild chronic back pain,yoga has helped me deal with the pain,not only physically but mentally also.do yourself a favor,at least try it out a week or two.it will change your life,thanks for listening.
