Moreno Valley City Councilman Jeff Giba -- who has been targeted by a recall effort -- has proposed letting voters decide whether to allow the controversial World Logistics Center project. PE columnist: Cassie MacDuff wonders: Is this project too hot for the City Council to handle?

Do you think a ballot measure would be passing the buck to avoid a backlash, or would it be a good idea to let voters decide?

The family of Marisa Serrato, who was killed in a head-on bus crash last year, have long wanted to know why a FedEx big-rig veered into the bus, leaving 10 dead. Answers remain elusive after a CHP report released Friday says the cause of the crash is inconclusive. “To me, it’s like a year of investigation and nothing,” said Miguel Serrato, 24.

Share your condolences for Marisa's family.

Though many of the 100 or so students who gathered say they didn't know the teen well -- or at all -- were so shocked by the accident that landed him in the hospital with critical injuries that they wanted to show support for his family.
