Charleston Police recently were cutting a bicycle off a meter.  They took bike away & did not leave a note.  Now a sting on Pedi cabs?  A warning would have been appropriate.

We're giving away 2 pairs of front-row tickets to see Barry Manilow at the North Charleston Coliseum & Performing Arts Center on Jan. 19. How can you win? One word: Barry-oke.

Record a brief video of yourself singing your favorite Manilow song and upload it here: http://bit.ly/1abgTKV (it's so easy you can do it all from your phone.)

Turn it in by noon Monday and then at 12:01 p.m. get your friends and family to vote. The top two vote-getters both win. As a treat, watch our employees sing their favorites.
