"...one Nation, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all." Does this NOT mean anything to our state lawmakers? And yes, I left out the "under God" piece intentionally because the "under God" change is exactly WHAT is dividing our Nation!
NASHVILLE — Nearly half of the Republican members of the state House of Representatives met Tuesday to begin discussing a possible legislative response to last week’s U.S. Supreme Court ruling legalizing same-sex marriage across the nation.

Great service and wonderful atmosphere! Personally, I prefer the little “mom & pop” style restaurants and ice cream parlors to the modern fast food chains; and Cream City is certainly worth the visit if you're ever in the Cookeville, TN, area.

I've been to this Shoney's 3 times over the last 15 months. They have a serious fly problem. Every time I've gone back, I've hoped it would be better because the food is decent, nothing remarkable, but decent. Today's visit was by far the worst. I felt like I was eating outside because there were so many flies, not to mention my waitress never came back after dropping off my meal - not even once. I ended up having to ask for my ticket just so I could leave.

This is a beautiful park, full of natural beauty & interesting local charm. I would love to see it restored to its full potential as it is quite run-down. Take care with small children because, personally, I would consider some areas dangerous. Also, be sure to take along some insect repellent. The mosquitoes were quite bad later in the day. All in all, I would say that Hidden Hollow is well worth a visit & they could really use the extra revenue to make some much needed repairs.
