They have a huge fiber footprint in SoCal +Brian me for their FiOS. LONG BEFORE +Google Fiber had their first customer. Some places either aren't cost effective or haven't been built out yet.

Unless you're being sarcastic. Then, ha.

Check out these three awesome games by +Adam Nickerson. They feel like Material Design: The Game
I love simple games and I love Material Design. So when I first discovered a game called Bing Bong I was very excited. It combined simple and addictive gameplay with a Material-esque design. Then I found more.

And Motorola is still teasing Android 5.1 Lollipop for the DROID Turbo. Yeah, we know. It's "coming soon." Let us know when it's actually ready. #android
If Motorola Mobility's recent tweet is any indication, you can expect Android 5.1 Lollipop to be hitting your Motorola DROID Turbo any minute/day/week now. Geez, they're such a tease.

We know now that it is more "soon" now than it was the last time we thought it was soon. At least we have some official communication now and not just some blogger's speculation based on someone's Google + profile.

iOS users were treated to a nice Hangouts update today, bringing a revamped UI and the ability to send multiple photos at once. So, how about that #Android update?
It's probably not the Hangouts update Android users were expecting, but Hangouts 4.0 rolled out today for iOS users with a slick new UI and a few other tricks along with it.

I've watched numerous people see a train go by, leaving no doubt the track is still in use, and stop directly on the tracks for the next red light. I'm not sure there's any warning that's enough for some people.

Surprise: there's another couple of weeks or so to get in on T-Mobile's 4 for $100 promo.
T-Mobile has quietly extended the availability of their 4 lines for $100 promo until July 14th. The program was originally scheduled to end at the closing days of this month, but it's nice to know there's an extra 2 weeks for folks to take advantage.

Google's use of a robot for latency testing at least confirms they're serious about addressing Chrome and Android lag issues.
This behind-the-scenes tidbit by Googler François Beaufort may not be useful for the common user to do anything practical, but it's interesting nonetheless. Google apparently uses an automated robot to test latency in Chrome OS and Android.

Most phones as 'out-of-the-box' will preform well. Let's see them test it with apps. No point testing it without since everyone has them and they tend to always bog down preformace to a degree. Some apps are written poorly so hog memory, sit in the background all the time etc, making the phone lag
