Did you know free-roaming cats are responsible for the majority of kittens produced in the U.S.? Unfortunately, many of these kittens end up in shelters, where they’re at high risk for euthanasia. Free-roaming cats are often without owners to bring them in for spay/neuter surgeries. Learn how you can be a part of the solution: http://bit.ly/1fc0zlQ

“She has brought me more happiness then I've had in a long time.”

Vanessa’s idea of the perfect pet used to be a dog. She knew she couldn’t take care of a dog with all her time dedicated to work and school, so she put off the idea of getting a pet. That’s until someone suggested she consider a cat. Read in Vanessa’s own words how her adopted cat changed her life: http://bit.ly/1J66vZQ

A lifelong loving home for every pet
Introduction

We envision a world in which every pet has a lifelong, loving home.

PetSmart Charities® and PetSmart Charities of Canada® are nonprofit animal welfare organizations that save the lives of homeless pets. More than 400,000 dogs and cats find homes each year through our adoption partner in all PetSmart® stores and our sponsored adoption events.

PetSmart Charities grants more money to directly help pets in need than any other animal welfare group in North America, with a focus on funding spay/neuter services that help communities solve the problem of pet overpopulation.

PetSmart Charities is a 501(c)(3) organization and PetSmart Charities of Canada is a registered charity, separate from PetSmart Inc.
