- hey, calling it ‘not perfect’ is also part of the problem. it is simply wrong.
the point is to always work with the diversity of the user group(s), while spotting commonalities and what is fringe and beyond. this is something that blows everybody’s brains, except that of user researchers and designers.
ah, and IMO, working with personas is a continuation of the “the user” problem (by making it 3 or 5 silos).
