Yesterday, over 60,000 people gathered in New York City's Central Park for the '2015 Global Citizen Festival.' The event brought world leaders and celebrities together for the purpose of shedding light on global poverty.

The night's biggest surprise and most moving moment, however, came when Pearl Jam's Eddie Vedder invited out the one and only Beyoncé for a heartfelt rendition of Bob Marley's absolutely timeless classic, "Redemption Song."

Head to the PeekYou blog to see for yourself just how well this seemingly unlikely duet worked.

Simply, a Chicago-area McDonald's employee exhibited decency and kindness to another human being in need. A woman witnessed this, and made sure that her friends on Facebook found out.

In doing so, the story spread and before long this gentleman had become a deserved viral sensation.

This simple story reminds us that we all need a helping hand sometimes, and it sure is great when someone is there to offer one.

Is Dr. Dre hip hop's first billionaire? Not hardly. While still outstandingly, insanely rich -- like, crazy rich -- Dre is not even the wealthiest man in hip hop.

To whom, according to Forbes Magazine, does that honor go? A certain Mr. Puff Daddy. That's right, Diddy is the richest man in rap.

Head on over to the PeekYou blog to learn about these two hip hop giants, and who the other richest men in hip hop currently are. A couple of the names might surprise you.

It seems last night's The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon has folks talking today for two reasons.

First for a memorable appearance by the current 2nd place -- and massively buzzing -- GOP presidential candidate Carly Fiorina. And then, somewhat incongruously, for an appearance where hunky and charming movie star Ryan Reynolds appeared in a bit that involved getting smacked with ludicrously massive fake hands.

We've combined the two into one AWESOME entry at the PeekYou blog, and recommend strongly that you head on over and check it out for yourself.

Tonight is Emmy Awards night! The night that our beloved TV celebrates itself for being awesome.

At the blog we write about the nominees, and all of that.
We also mention the ‪#‎AskHerMore‬ campaign -- given a new spin this year thanks to the efforts Amy Poehler's Smart Girls organization -- where red carpet reporters are being pushed to ask more of their female interview subjects than the same old inane blather about designers and hair.
