It seems like some really great people work here. I've gotten to know a few people in leadership C-level and VP roles who work here and they are just good people. I think people make the company and from what I can tell, this place is heading in the right direction.

We have been very pleased with PaySimple. It allows ease of payments for us. We are a Chiropractic office, and we have a Membership Practice. PaySimple is great for setting up recurring payments month-to-month. We receive quick responses when contacting customer service, and they quickly resolve any issues. I would highly recommend them for your payments.

I switched to PaySimple because I needed an elegant and easy way to send invoices for our small nonprofit, something I'd done by hand before but needed a way to handle more contacts. PaySimple is great- works well, looks good, is all automated (for monthly stuff as well as yearly) and the staff has all been pretty exceptional. Highly recommend.

PaySimple is the easiest payment processing available. After using 3 previous companies I was relieved to find PaySimple. Their easy online dashboard lays everything out in an easy to use way. Their dedicated staff is always there to help me and get me through any questions I have!

Paysimple is great they have great customer service, excellent options for billing and easy to use software. Their options for invoices and recurring billing are excellent. What I found great is that I can send recurring invoices and keep customer information in the software for future use. I will be using this for years to come

Very Low Quality. Very Rude Agents, and Very careless company for other clients. Not recommended to come here to use this company. I tried to work with this company however I was denied and was told to give away my company to have a second owner. How does that make any sense? Please do your research as there is many better companies then this one.
Response from the owner - 11 months ago
Ali, sorry to hear of your frustration. We'd love the opportunity to chat through your particular situation and provide any insight or information that might help. -- PaySimple Team, (800) 466-0992

This company is shady to say the least. I notified them of what I suspected to be a fraudulent credit card transaction, they told me the enabled my account to cancel transactions.... They wouldn't actually do anything more about the suspected fraudulent charge, I wasn't sure why. I then canceled the transaction and they still collected $150 dollars for their transaction fee. They will collect their fee regardless if the transaction is possibly fraudulent, which is why they wouldn't do anything about the charge when I notified them of it. I notified Wells Fargo of the issue and they reimbursed me the money. Then a month later Pay Simple charges my card again, this time for $135. The second charge was made a month after my account had been closed with them over this issue. Unfortunately I did not notice the charge till 45 days later and at that point Wells Fargo told me it was too late to file a dispute. Please keep in mind that I never receive one cent from this transaction, I canceled the transaction as soon as I suspected fraud, the transaction was still pending yet Pay Simple still felt it necessary to charge me for their percentage of the transaction. How can their percentage equate to anything when the transaction amounted to zero? I looked up reviews on Pay Simple before I signed up and everything looked on the up and up, from my experience they are not honest and will do what they can to charge your account even after you think the dispute is settled. **** MY RESPONSE TO YOUR RESPONSE **** I'm not sure if you recall, but banks collecting fees and commissions on loans they knew to be bad is what caused the housing market crash in 2009. PAYSIMPLE thinks it is fair to collect fees on non-completed or fraudulent transactions? PAYSIMPLE thinks that this is safe and sound business practice? What it sounds like to me is incentive for banks to encourage shady deals and bad business because PAYSIMPLE gets to collect "hard costs" regardless if the transactions are completed or not? And lets be real here, what hard costs could you have incurred that would have totaled to the fee you collected on this one transaction, which was $148.00. Please don't hide behind your curtain of general terms and this hidden "hard costs" that your business is so burdened by. What are "hard costs"? What are the names of these costs? Where are these fees being sent to? if not into Pay Simple's accounts.... I will not waste more of my time by calling Pay Simple and running in verbal circles with drones who are reading from scrips. You have fees that you NEEDED to collect on a incomplete transaction? What are they? What are the percentages? Who do they go to? And how much does Pay Simple get out of the canceled transaction. Joey, We are sorry to hear about the frustration you had when using PaySimple as a payment solution for your business. We would be happy to answer any questions you have regarding payment processing if you would like to call our Customer Care team (800) 466-0992 option 2. To address your concerns below – You can void a transaction after it is entered into the system as long as that is done prior to the batch-cutoff time. After this time, payments are batched out and begin the funding process with your credit card processor. Once the payment batches out it runs on the network for the credit card processor, and this is where fees are incurred, as there is a hard cost for processing credit card payments. This is standard across the payment card industry, where the cost is not incurred after the payment is deposited, but at the time it is initially processed. Again, we are sorry for your experience. We are always available to discuss in more detail, and answer additional questions, if you would like to give our team a call. --PaySimple Team
