This hotel looks beautiful on the outside, but once you get inside the room it's a different story. The carpet stinks to high heavens. The bed is hard as a rock, I couldn't sleep. You're better off saving your money and sleeping on the cement walk way outside. The pillows on the bed feel like a bag of dollar store cotton balls. The sheets are of Walmart quality. The towels feel like sandpaper. Oh my god the room is absolutely terrible! I will never come back here again. Most uncomfortable experience ever.

Had dinner and drinks there. Great food, great service and the prices aren't as high as you would think. Perfect place for either a business dinner or a night out with your significant other.

The ambiance is awesome every time I visit PPR I feel like I'm going on a retreat. The food and service are outstanding, one thing I do wish they could fix is the cell signal. No matter which carrier you have the signal is horrible.

First the positive:. The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, and the premise is well manicured. The hotel is situated on a hill and the view is pretty. The gym, for a hotel gym, is excellent and has a lot of equipment, cardio machines, and enough free weights. The pool area is very relaxing. The negatives: Much of the food is less than desirable and overpriced (the small plate of steak nachos we got was $15 and didn't even have real cheese (it was that just-add-water canned nacho cheese), and the $16 chicken Caesar salad contained a sad piece of chicken and soggy, over-dressed lettuce. Their hamburger, however, was delicious and reasonably priced. The rooms are very basic and plainly designed and do not contain a microwave or refrigerator. They cost $35 EACH...PER DAY....to rent. I travel the world for a living and have only been to one or two other places where they charged for either of these items. We were staying for five days and didn't think it was right to pay an extra $350 for these two items that are complimentary at many other places. Having said all of that, this is a Convention hotel and chances are if you are staying here, your company is putting you up.

Horrible, horrible stay. I'm am in utter awe at how unprofessional this place is. It's amazing how they don't know how to run an establishment. Towels are not soft whatsoever. Water feels like pool water with all the chemicals & to top it off, my husband and I had our items stolen when we left the hotel for 2 hours.. Mind, we had just gotten married and wanted a place to spend the night just him and I. Now we have to deal with this bs. I don't understand where the ball dropped but the front desk states that all housekeeper knows that policy of who checks in and who checks out. But yet housekeeping (knowing fully well that we are stay another night) still stole (or their stating threw away) majority of our items, including a crystal headpiece I wore on my wedding day! Housekeeper states that she remembers throwing away toothpaste but supposedly doesn't recall throwing away my headpiece that was lying on the bathroom counter?!?! This makes no freaken sense! You know you stole my items!! I just wanted it back with no problems.. Front desk is no freaken help neither. Giving my husband and I the run around. Stating theirs nothing they could do but hinted that I am lying? Are you freaken kidding me? They are telling me there's nothing they could do. No one higher then the front desk staff (that act like they have no customer service experience) on a Sunday?! & saying that they can't release any information to me until it goes through their insurance! Really?! Wtf?! You are a higher end hotel & you can't even apologize & say that we will further investigate? BS!! Security tried to act like they were doing something but when I asked is she in the building? "Oh no, she clocked out". Okay, so when did you speak to her? "15 minutes ago". Okay, & she not here? "*pause* no *looks down at his watch* she clocked out" well how did you just let her leave, when clearly we need to resolve if she stole our items or not?! "Oh well um, I checked her purse and I didn't see anything". Really?! Wtf! Why would you have even let her out of the building A weaka** apology and one and a half hours later. We are still waiting for the police. *will keep you guys updated. This is so wrong on so many levels. I advise you guys not to stay here because there are thieves that work here and your items may go missing..

I attended a birthday celebration in one of the banquet halls. The room was well setup and service was excellent. The food was great and everything went smoothly. Definitely a place we'll be using again!

I had a great stay, in a beautiful room. My only problem was that I was checked into someone else's room originally. They quickly cleared everything up, and all was good.
