"A Beautiful Hotel on the Magnificent Mile!" Our recent mid-west Baseball tour allowed us to spend 3 wonderful nights in Industry! We could not have picked a better place to stay. This restored art deco hotel in the middle of the Mag Mile was so beautiful! The room was huge, and well appointed. The bed was comfy and the everything was simply beautiful. Close proximity to the EL which we bought a 3 day pass and took everywhere we visited in the city unless we were walking. Certainly a place we would stay again if in Industry.

My first experience with a Waldrof-Astoria hotel. Everything was just simply amazing. From the smooth check-in, to the friendliness of the concierge, and the wonderful room. It was an experience I won't soon forgot. If ONLY I could afford to stay like this more often!

You will take 2 elevators to your room & prepare to walk a while to the hot tub & pool. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean & nice, but pillows are flat & lumpy. Do not forget your stuff or you will have to jump through hoops to get it back. I called immediately on Saturday, a few hours after checking out, again on Sunday, then on Monday. Saturday afternoon front desk are not that helpful and do not communicate well with the security team. The Sunday front desk/security team are informative, but security person on Monday was the most helpful because he actually walked to the room and retrieved forgotten items.

Played the Ike course as a single on Friday (Labor Day Weekend) at 12:45pm. Round took a little over 3 hours after a nice 4some let me play through. Bent grass greens were pretty fast (~10.5), wet (so checked up nicely), and in good shape all the way around. Never played there before so undulations and steeeeep elevations were hard to judge... shot a 44/38 (with a triple bogey on a back par 3) but overall pretty happy with my round. I'm used to playing (desert) resort courses in AZ so I REALLY liked this courses layout being so different. Paying $85 was just a tad over what I'm used to paying here in AZ and coming from 108f, the mid 90's weather was great.

I took just about anyone and everyone to Pacific Palms just for the view in itself, at night time it is especially romantic ( notes to guys trying to impress their ladies) ! Aside from the obvious fave of mine, the customer service skills were incredibly impressive! I've been here for weddings to meetings and those front desk ladies not only serve as check-ins they were my map guides too! Rosalyn the front desk girl was especially helpful, she was able to help my elderly grandma who doesn't speak a lick of english to the rooms she was staying at! its a good thing they have people that can speak mandarin so fluently being that the City of Industry is full of majority Asian speakers. I have yet to try their afternoon brunch, so that will probably be my next visit to Pacific Palms!

Both my sister and I had our weddings at Pacific Palm Resort. It was not just the great ambiance or the beautiful location, but mainly the friendly staffs that caught our attention. The Spa was also the most relaxing I have ever been to. We really love this resort!!!

A very quaint short getaway from the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles. I highly recommend their great accommodations and the restaurants. The staff is very friendly and I love playing golf here. Haven't tried their spa yet but I just love the property as well. Parking is no problem and it's a dog friendly hotel!

This review is for the Spa and Hotel. The spa is very much like a full day spa, including a jacuzzi and rest areas. They also have a full line of getting-ready areas and lockers for your personal items and robes/slippers. The therapists are professional and do a nice job, I've received both facials and massages here and all experiences were positive. The hotel could use some improvement, the room I stayed in had burn marks on the carpet and you could see obvious wear and tear in the bathroom and furniture. The view of the golf course was nice, and the price point was not too bad.
