Kadai Chicken - Kadai Chicken is a very delicious chicken curry dish usually served in restaurants. This easy to prepare curry dish is popular for its simplicity and hence a favorite with all. Chicken pieces are cooked in a thick bottomed ‘Kadhai’. No additional water is added while cooking. Chicken pieces are being cooked in its own steam and from the onions added. The dish goes well with white hot rice. I am sharing a simple moru curry which falls under everyday cooking menu with the awesome flavor of ground coconut.
