Ash Gourd Dosa - These are absolutely soft and delicious ash gourd dosas. Ash gourd dosa is a tiffin recipe. The Ash Gourd is also called white gourd or winter melon is a native of South. It is a low calorie vegetable.For this soft and fluffy dosas we take the pulp of ash gourd and mix it up with finely ground urad dal to make this batter. These dosas move best with coconut chutney.

Fish Biriyani-Malabar Style - This Fish Biriyani is an authentic biriyani from the famous Malabar side, which is considered to be the paradise for famous biriyanis. There is a speciality in the preparation of this biriyani and that it is prepared in the traditional wooden burning stove and not is the normal gas stove. The ghee rice is arranged in layers with chopped coriander leaves,garam masala,fried onion,cashews and served with fried fish masala together.

Coconut Poli - Coconut Poli or Thengai Poli is a very famous sweet poli in the South Indian States of Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. This coconut poli is normally prepared with maida as a base dough, but some people on the basis of health concern use wheat flour. The coconut along with sugar/jaggery is mixed and stuffed with this dough and cooked in tawa with sprinkle of some ghee which enhances the taste of this delicious sweet poli..

The most popular way to use keerai mudakathan is doing rasam out of it.
