Usually smells. Most of the dealers are rude and more interested in each other and sulking about having to be there than interacting with the players. They have a nice movie theater and decent bowling alley. Arcade was decent before they doubled the prices on all of the games and they use a card swipe system like Dave& Busters. Food selection is ok but the service and quality of food is mediocre, at best, the majority of the time. Your safest bet is the coffee shop. Very friendly service there.

Off of the strip, ton if slots, poker room and lot if table games. But everything is spread out and the signs for various areas are hard to find (like caahier, rewards club, security). Good rewards program. Very loud and smokey. Not my cup of tea, but if you are a visitor and want to have Vegas fun, but not spend strip money, this place is a good alternative. Lots of restaurants. Love the new Orleans theme, but would be nice to see a little of that cuisine featured there.

They have a lot of rooms and cheapnprices. Good selection of gaming machines (plenty of slots. Lots of video poker, keno, black jack) they also have a nice selection of table games. They have an arcade and bowling upstairs. And also a nice movie theater. Pretty much anything you want to do can be done there.

This hotel is a great value for what's offered. Besides the expected gambling and buffets, it offers a bowling alley and arcade. It also boasts a movie theater, and all the seats have been upgraded with the premium leather recliners. Also, inquire about the slot tournaments, an even better value for your stay.

Pleasantly surprised. Good restaurants nice pool. Also rooms recently renovated. All at good prices. Everything is old Vegas style. Cheap drinks food and rooms. Free shuttle to the strip if you feel the need to pay ridiculous drink and food prices. The whole casino is clean and very nice. Being the first time staying off the strip I had no regrets.

How do I start. Odds of winning is zero. Your room is never cleaned, you always given a room furthered from the elevator, if you tell the keystone cops at the elevator of a problem with kids running on your floor they look at you like Barney Fine ( why have them?), there is no entertainment for those that don't gamble. To rent a movie is outrageous in price. Also be very careful of your credit card, it may be compromised. Last but not leased don't ask for am up grade, none is ever available. Maybe our family should find another place to stay.

We are so sorry to read that you had such a bad experience at The Orleans Hotel and Casino. We usually do a good job of accommodating our guests, in your case we seem to have failed. Please feel free to contact the Hotel Director so that we can make this right for you. Again, our apologies.

Visited the bowling alley. 70 well-oiled lanes and friendly people working there. No ball-retriever or any other mechanical issues. While the decor is a bit dated, it's kept very well. I'd definitely visit again.

A fully contained "budget" casino/hotel complex. It's off the Strip but easy access and several food beverage oprions. The rooms are great. I've stayed there for a business conference two years running and it keeps improving. Great alternative to the usual options.
