Hi Angela, my family has gone vegan recently and there is all this talk of having to take B12 and Omega 3 to supplement for the dietary change. What are your thoughts? Also, my son is 11 and I'm running out of lunch ideas that are quick and tasty. I've done the chick pea salad sandwich but he wasn't too thrilled about it like I was. Your insight is appreciated.
