Birds are such an important part of New Zealand's environment, and let's be honest, we all love watching them fluttering around our gardens. Why not enter the NZ Garden Bird survey which is taking place now until this Sunday 2nd July. All you need is one hour to sit and watch the birds and take note of what enters your garden during this time. Even schools can take part! What a great activity to do with the kids?!
