+Seif Eddine B "Define "enforcing standards of conduct" "

To compel one or more people to adhere to the laws of the land.

"and how they must be in agreement with "western standards"."

France shares a common philosophical stance reflected in both law and culture (which you seem to agree with) with many other Western nations. See further below.

"Let me just make one thing clear, that's exactly how Iran and any other country oppressing people for personal liberties works, they enforce standards of conduct in conjuction with the Iranian Standards not human standards, and Iranian standards are based on Cheist Islamic standards, Iranian social standards etc..."

Of course they do. All societies do. Society is not a free-for-all. All societies have a framework that says "You are free to do as you wish within these constraints." The difference is the fundamental ideas that create this framework. The West chooses Enlightenment values rather than Islamic values.

"I think that human standards are based on human rights and liberties, people are free to do whatever they want, except if their liberties will result in harm to others,"

There are no "human standards." What you call so and refer to, are the values generally accepted by the Western world, based on the thinking that derived from a time usually called "the Enlightenment." The quote that you have provided is a perfect example of the expression of Western values. Note that a great part of the 1789 Declaration and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights are in large part antithetical of the ideology of Islam.

This situation, this law,  which I also perceive as trivial and ham-fisted is not about a woman. It is not about a bathing suit.  It is about countering an ideology from the seventh century that wants to impose itself and drives harmful behaviour on the public space. It is a symbolic political act designed to signal to the followers of Islam that when in Rome, do as the Romans do, which is to obey the laws designed to maintain peace, safety and security.

The state has not arbitrarily decided to impose upon freedom of religion. Islamists choose to impose their values upon the populace, too often with lethal violence.

In a land that is plagued with by Islamic strife and terrorism, where we know that there is a plan to infiltrate European societies and change the mores over time, this is but the most minute warning that the plan is recognised and rejected. It is one small, feeble and symbolic gesture to indicate that the very values that you believe in will take precedence over Islamic mores.

I imagine that you perceive this as an attack on your faith; it is in fact, an act of defence against the attacks of Islamists. Your outrage should not be directed to a people who are clumsily trying to remain safe, but to those that are creating a climate that makes such steps seem necessary.

I offer you a question: given the legal constraints in an open society, what measures would you take to ensure an end to Islamic strife and terrorism? If you were the boss, with the powers and the responsibilities to the French people, what would you do?

People complain about the political content in Notepad++ page. The fact that I make political posts coming is, I want the fascist / racist / homophobic people stop using Notepad++.
BTW, I guess my next goal is to prevent pedophilies from using Notepad++...

As an old user of archlinux, I confirm this argument for flirting is extremely efficient.

(Please don't ask me to port Notepad++ to linux. The answer is no)

IMHO, the debate on Burkini (in France) is only intended to hide a much more serious debate - wearing socks with sandals...

If you're non-caucasian and you support Trump, then I've got a bad news for you...
A man who identified himself as half-Indian was escorted out of a Donald Trump rally on Thursday out of concern that he was a protester, but the man insisted he was a Trump supporter and said he feels that he was racially profiled.

If you're in the military, State Department, CIA, or a US security contractor stationed in a the middle east and you support Clinton, then I've got bad news for you...

Now which one will most likely get to go home at the end of the day?

I want to write the registry settings of Notepad++ shell (a COM dll) via installer instead of using regsvr32.exe.
How to extract the registry values from my COM dll?
(I have googled it I swear)
