i still remember the superman vs goku death battle
every one was either mad because goku lost
the biggest argument that even you can look at & see it isn't about goku vs superman its about weather superman has limits or infinite power...
superman fans brag about the big S having infinite power but....
in the same comics he also show's having clear limits & struggling to win
& lift things witch seems to confuse people.
but death battle gave the answer but the fan boy noobs don't listen
& i am talking about every one in the argument
so i will tell in words that you can understand
superman's power depends on not the sun it self but the energy it is giving off
the sun it self has a limited life span & burns hot but the heat is still limited
but the rays on the other hand not limited
superman has been revived by a sun tanning booth when he was almost killed by metallo also the reason why krypton harms superman is because it is is radio active superman's body absorbs radiation it a passive ablity that he cant turn off.
during the day he has a 2nd source of radiation he automatically feed's off of
so he can fight kryptonite's effects but at night he dont so it becomes a crippling weakness that rapidly drains him of solar radiation but kryptionite isn't
an instant kill its more like a slow kill if combined with him fighting a super powered being its an instant loss
when ever one of superman's powers activates it drains him of solar radiation
this includes all of his passive abilities too like his solar aura that acts like a shield & his regeneration & his brain that works faster then a supercomputer...
there are more passive abilities but they differ with his versions.
also people seem to mistake superman's brain speed for smarts!
superman learns just like every one else only countless millions of times faster
so any thing new he encounters that is able to kill him works the 1st time but not the 2nd time because he has all ready learned how to stop it
so in logic all of goku's powers & trick's & combos will pop off the 1st time
but thats where it ends....this is why bat man , joker & lex lutor can slap superman around because they always have a new trick.
once gokus uses all of his trick he just rinses & repeats
also because sayins want strong opponent's to fight so they can push their
limits a sayin would not stop superman from getting stronger & only resort to dirty fighting when they realize the stupidity of what they have done its & its not just goku even brolly , cell , vageta , evil buu made this mistake example when buu absorbed gohan & gotanks but kept goku around for the sole purpose of fighting something he allowed the ki's to get vageta's assist so they could strategise a way to kill the pink blob....
so anything with a drop of sayin blood would not avoid a chance to fight
with a strong opponent because of this no sayin can beat superman
because all of his passive abilities are allways active you see as long as superman is in the sun he does not get tired , he has a solar aura protecting him & his suit , he heals & his super brain learns how to stop all of your tricks after
the very 1st time around
how ever superman's reliability on solar radation makes it unlikely he should have been able to beat ss4 goku since it requires it to be night & goku is more like an animal in this state he would not miss a chance to kill superman
& superman not only kills as a last resort but his body & mind are getting drained & because all his passive abilities are automatic he is running out of solar radiation rapidly.
how ever the 2nd fight was spot on because goku ssgod doesn't need the night goku would not think to stay in the darkness especially when goku ss4 gains power with moon light as well.
