So far so good , room was fine and pool facilities for off days from parks or use when not there are great. Subway changed to independent restaurant during our stay Shuttle to parks which is complimentary has worked fine. Food and drinks quite expensive on the property and at the "Mall" which is the attached food court and arcade/Movie theater. Not as nice facility as our stay at Waldorf/Hilton but the pool kept the kids entertained. I would return. False alarm fire alarm was a disappointment, very loud unheard of piercing annoying sound that had no follow up or instructions. Recommend top floor with no one above you.

Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to share your comments. We hope your kids had a great time enjoying our amenities and I am pleased to know you enjoyed our water park area. Hi Lance, thank you for staying with us and sharing your comments. I sincerely apologize for any inconveniences you encountered during your visit. We apologize for the alarm, but as you know, there are two reason for the alarm to go off, if there is an actual incident or if it gets pulled by an individual and it becomes a false one. Unfortunately, even if it is not an actual emergency, we have to wait for the fire department to show up and inspect the area and give the OK to go back. I am glad to see that the alarm did exactly what it is supposed to do, we certainly apologize that this happened in the middle of the night and guests had to evacuate for their safety. We look forward to having you as our guest in the future. Thank you again.

I'm only rating this "resort" 1 star because zero or negative stars are not an option. We decided to spend a whopping $500 on a weekend at the Nick Hotel for my sons 6th Birthday as opposed to a trip to Disney. What a mistake. The rooms are NOTHING like the pictures. They're outdated, stains all over the floor, poor plumbing, I could go on and on. The smaller pool is only open on the weekends and doesn't even open until 12:45 on Saturdays. The other pool was so jam packed there was no where to sit. They don't allow floats or swimmies which left me awkwardly holding my 7 month old the entire time. The do provide life vests for a select few of the older children. You would think for the outrageous price you pay they would at least have enough pool seating and life vests for kids, but no. The whole place basically shuts down at 9pm. This was a low class cheap motel that I wouldn't stay at again if it were free.

What a nightmare. The room was filthy and smelled awful. There was hair left all over the bathroom. The furniture covered in stains and the couch had holes in it. No coffee maker in the room. The 15 year old tv in the kid's bedroom only got 4 channels and reception was poor. The entire room smelled of funky mildew. The beds were hard, pillows were rocks, and the kid's beds don't even have a blanket...just a moldy smelling green sheet covering the sheets. Housekeeping showed up at 7:30 pm on the 2nd day to clean, only after we repeatedly complained that the room was dirty and no one had ever come in all day. The grounds were a mess with garbage strewn everywhere. The public bathrooms were dirty and smelled worse than a port-a-potty. The staff was nasty and frustrated. I kind of felt bad for them since they had to deal with horrifying guests. I felt like we stumbled into an emergency evacuation at Wal-mart. On 3 different occasions, we had errant hair weaves float by in the gross pools. We chose not to even stay the 2nd night and forfeited the rate.

The disappointment started on the first day when we arrived at our room. The room was small and looked very "lived" in. The couch was many years old, the beds were hard, and overall feel of the room made me and my family want to stay away. Then we had the food. The food was expensive and not desirable. We at there for dinner and again for breakfast. I would not eat the food if it was free, and even worse when we spent ~$50 per meal (family of 4). The whole stay was frustrating to say the least. The only positive was it was located near Disney. If I were to do it again I would spend the money for a Disney resort. Don't spend your money here!

The room we first received was absolutely disgusting. As soon as you walked in, it smelled of the last room guest. The toilet still had the last guest "body" hair in there. The side table was not wiped down at all, the condensation stains from cups were still visible and sticky. The worse were the beds. It was obvious they used the same sheets and blankets from the last guest. Grease stains on the covers on all beds and crusty pizza sauce stains in the children's bed. Went down to request a different room and the second room, while in a lot better condition, had pizza stains from the last guest on the sheets! I do not know how they continue to run a hotel if they allow this. I would compare the cleanliness of this hotel to a roach infested pay by the hour hotel. Never again would I attempt to stay here or recommend it to anyone.

really is my 2nd time and the hotel but i think the last one, and is terrible since my kids really love it.... all start when I call to do the rsvp and the people at rsvp treat me really rude and our recent experience was terrible we arrive on saturday 4/25 and was impossible to find a chair at the pool, my mom have to go to the room since she cant find where to sit the pool was with insane amount of people so we can only stay a few hours then the pool close due they have to clean.... so finally i think well we wake up early on sunday since was out check out at 11am and enjoy the pool and the slides but with the surprise that the slides open at 11am so clearly the kids cant enjoy what they really want i think is really unfair, first able to have that many people at the pool many of them without any resort bracelet and the people who pays to stay at the hotel cant enjoy for want they pay no ones can help me when i call about the slides and check out no ones can help really you have to filter and make sure that the people that is on the pool pays the hotel the pool was fullllllll of people without bracelet and we really cant enjoy terrible experience!!!!

Hello Andrea, thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to share your comments. We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences your encountered during your visit and for not meeting your expectations. In regards to your comments about non guests or visitors, all visitors are only allowed to visit the suites, all other areas, such as the pools, Studio Nick and others, our team is asked to speak to them and stop them from going in any of these areas or they will call security. There are times when these people are actually guests but did not have their wrist bands on, so they are asked to go back to their suite and put the bands on and come back. Thank you again for your time.

Pros... -NICKELODEON theme -clean rooms nice and neat (stayed in 2 br suite) -room cleaning daily -short (15m or so) Nickelodeon 4D movies - laser challenge ( Where you go through lasers avoid touching them) -Occasional appearances from Nickelodeon characters (opt to take pictures) -Water park with lots to do for Kids slides etc. -Double dare live (be an audience member or participate in show -karaoke family based -Mall featuring buffet, stores, nails, hair, game room. -Laundry area -Free basic cable CON.... -Hair was in my bathroom tub. -around toilet -everything, I mean, EVERYTHING no i'm not playing EVERYTHING you have to pay for. Ex. hotel charges extra $35 a night per stay for amenties. As if the room prices was enough. Also food prices are way too much, movies, laser tag too much, basicly if you wanna do anything at the hotel you basicly gotta hand you life over to Nickelodeon. KIds get nothing for a perk, nothing and thats sad because thats the only reason anyone would pay for staying here. I thought it would be more free things for kids more. My kids 8,9,12,15 Said it was okay and that's sad. Basicly your not getting a bargian, no where near you have to pay way too much. But dont get me wrong I dont mind paying for stuff, "odviously" but prices are way too jacked up. You don't get what you paid for. Kids 1-8 probably will have a good time but smart Kids 9 and up will definitely get its not worth it.
