Things are moving along at #NCEES16 in Indianapolis. Gary Kent, P.S., is discussing the revision of the ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey standards, now known as the ALTA/NSPS standards. The program will also include a review of the various research, field, drafting, and certification requirements, as well as the 20 Table A requirements. #surveying

The George Mason University Sid and Reva Dewberry Department of Civil, Environmental, and Infrastructure Engineering sought to improve the lives of children and adults by increasing efficiency in water distribution and decreasing risks associated with consumption of bacteria ridden water at the Puerto Cabezas Feeding Center in Nicaragua. I do not understand what makes this discussion "provocative." Every engineer and architect I have done business with since initial licensing in 1984 have been nothing less than consummate professionals with no exceptions.

Introduction
NCEES (the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying) is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing professional licensure for engineers and surveyors. It develops, administers, and scores the examinations used for engineering and surveying licensure in the United States. It also facilitates professional mobility and promotes uniformity of the U.S. licensure processes through services for its member licensing boards and licensees. These services include the records program, study materials, credentials evaluations, exam administration, and more.
