The FAA has updated its Part 125 guidance for corporate shuttle and other large aircraft operations. "The new AC substantially clarifies how an operator can comply with the training requirements,” said Lee Blake, vice chair of NBAA’s Domestic Ops Committee.

The FAA on Sept. 15, 2016, updated its Advisory Circular 125-1, with new guidance for corporate shuttles and other large aircraft.

NBAA filed an amicus brief with the Fifth Circuit, challenging a move by the IRS to retroactively assess federal excise tax on aircraft management fees received by a fractional program.
