The two professionals that worked to make my loan close were both friendly and efficient. I am pleased I did not need to change mortgage companies and pay extra fees to refinance my home. Great Job!

I have used Nationstar for several loans and they always come through for me. I was told to use a local lender for purchases as big banks cannot close that fast, which is absolutely not the case with them. Thanks Bryan, Stacy and Claudia for another successful closing.

I've now been dealing with various Nationstar employees for 2 months to correct an escrow error. Simply, Nationstar paid someone else's taxes from my escrow account. I have spoken to no less than 6 employees with the most recent being from the customer relations area. Each apologies extremely well and makes promises to get back to me with status, updated analysis etc. It's truly amazing that I have to continue to chase to get this resolved as all of their promises are hollow. Problem resolution is a rather simple process. You own the problem until resolution keeping the customer informed even if there is nothing changed at the moment. When a customer is unhappy, communication and empathy is by far the best remedy. Nationstar does neither!

We are very happy to have the mortgage finally closed. It seemed to be a long time to get it done, but I am a very nervous person with this type of transaction. I want to say we are very happy and also Leticia was very helpful. Could not have completed it without her help.

The refinance was a very quick process. Though I was not happy with the appraisal. It would be nice to be given a choice of appraisers instead of just one being assigned. I don't feel that he did a very good or thorough job of the appraisal. Also when it came time to close. I had no notification from the bank. I came home to 4 messages from the Notary about closing the night before while I was at work. I had to call around and have it all rescheduled for another day. It would be nice to be given a notice of the closing happening that soon.

Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. If I had a question and called/emailed Shannon or Brandy they contacted me in record time. They were both great to deal with and helped make my refinance so easy. I have already been recommending Nationstar Mortgage to friends and family. Thanks so much!!!

Excellent customer service!!! I spoke with customer service at least 3 times and each time was a pleasant experience. My loan was sold to Nationstar Mortgage and the transition was not pleasant, it was a mess. I ended up 2 months behind on payments. I called customer service today feeling frustrated and stressed. I spoke to Elijah and was expecting to be transferred to a supervisor, but instead Elijah was professional and determined to help me. He listened patiently to my circumstances. In the end he helped me get caught up on payments, and even emailed me a copy of my new loan agreement. He went above and beyond and I am very appreciative.
