And you thought you ran a lot, huge respect to Jon Sutherland and Ron Hill who have a run streak - that's running at least 1 mile a day - of over 45 years. Yes you read that right, 45 years. You can read more about this incredible journey over at runners world.

We would never recommend running through an injury and never after surgery but you have to admire their grit and determination, so remember next time you look out and wonder about going out - some people never wonder and just do it.
