All service writers are courteous and helpful. They make appropriate recommendations, but don't try to "up-sell." The honesty and integrity is most important to me, as I don't like to be told I need a refresh on my "turn signal fluid," or need a replacement of my "rear muffler bearing." I purposely don't make appointments with any particular service writer simply because I don't want to show favoritism. They are all great in my book and I want to give all of them my business.

This is for Sales/Internet Sales- Do not go to these people. I had a truecar certificate that listed out everything I was looking for. I connected with Frankie several times. While he shared that he did not have a Tacoma in stock he assured me he could find one then "piece it together" meaning adding the accessories I was looking for. My comment to him was as long as it is at the same price as I have on the truecar which he was fully aware of. Then I was passed on to Chard Baer. All of a sudden things changed. Chad attempted to use a lot of dealer double talk on everything from the price of the Tacoma to my trade. First with my trade- although Chad said they used Kelly Blue Book they were well below what Kelly Blue Book was. Although I tried to point that out, he also said "well you trade is going to sit on the lot for a while and you have to consider that" When I did do a deal at ANOTHER DEALER imagine my surprise (sarcasm) when they gave be the true KBB value 8% more that what Chad said he could do. Then to the deal. Chad made it clear that he would have to find a Tacoma at another dealer and was harping over how difficult it would be just to do the trade. Then he said that we will be "close to the true care price" my response was "close?" all along there has been no talk of close, but only of my final price. Now Chad is saying that to add all the accessories I want (that were in the True Car certificate and that had Frankie had agreed to in e-mails and on the phone) would be an additional $1700. When I challenged him, Chad stated that he did not know we were talking about the Accessories because Frankie had not let him know that why now it would be extra. This dealer negotiates in Bad Faith. Chad tried to blame Frankie for the entire thing and said that "Frankie was new" In my conversation with Frankie, he had been doing sales for a year. I don’t think that is "new" also they do this for a living, how do you screw up this bad? From the beginning I was clear in what I was looking for. From the beginning there was never any difference in the price agreed to, until we sat down to write up the deal. Clearly the tactics at Moss Bros is to get you into their store with one price, then change things at the last min hoping that you won’t notice or be to exhausted from searching for a car that you just agree to it. DON'T DO IT. Got to a reputable dealer like Toyota of Buena Park or Longo Toyota who do not play games and are straight from the get go. As a final note, The "sales manager" came out at the very end and said that they don’t normally do business that way. I told him directly you clearly do otherwise we would not be having this conversation. In addition I told him directly that they negotiate in Bad Faith. I can only assume for this experience that other areas of their dealership (service, parts) operate in the same manner. You can do better and be treated better elsewhere. DON’T GO TO MOSS

I originally bought my Camry in 2013 at Toyota of Riverside but after a not so pleasant service visit I decided to take my car to Moss Bros in Moreno Valley. My very first visit I was attended by Cassandra Wilkes and I was very impressed with her people skills and the fact that she went through with me what tasks will be done to my car. Today I had an appointment and that was because of a vibration in the brake pedal. I was waiting to be helped again by Cassandra but Steve Atencio wasn't busy so I went to him. He completely blew me off when I explained to him my situation and expressed that I felt like I didn't have to pay for a 20k mile brake job. Steve refused to help me. He talked to me about numbers before the car was even inspected. I felt so upset that I quickly grabbed his card and googled the number to the regional office. Cassandra overheard and she quickly stepped in and offered to assist me and put the paperwork she had on her desk to the side. She expressed how sorry she felt and began to offer me coffee. She resolved my issue and I ended up with a whole brake job under warranty. That was an incredible act of kindness and customer service.

5 STARS!!! BEST DEALERSHIP EVER!! I DROVE OUT THERE FROM LA, BUT IT WAS SO WORTH IT!! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT AND THEIR PRICES ARE THE BEST IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA!!! ED DUQUE IN FINACE IS AMAZING!! HE MADE SURE ALL MY WISHES WERE ANSWERED!! THEY HAVE GAINED A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!

I had an exceptional Sales Rep. He knew everything about the vehicle and explained all its functions to my satisfaction. Everyone I came in contact with were very pleasant and helpful. The process was lengthy, but that is to be expected because you're buying a car after all. I would highly recommend Moss Bros. Toyota to my friends and family for purchase of a new vehicle and also for their outstanding Service Dept.

I first called to price replacing valve cover gaskets on my vehicle and was given a very fair price quote. Then when I called back the next day, Craig Suchil picked up and it was his professional treatment of me that led me to bring it in to get the work done. With me it is always how I am treated in any business transaction, and Craig made sure I and my vehicle were well taken care of. The job took several hours, so they shuttled me all the way back to Beaumont and picked me up when it was done. Even the drivers were excellent, courteous, and very personable. Bottom line, I am one happy camper and will most definitely return to Moss Toyota for any future service needs. Well done guys!!
