This is what a cold front in Las Vegas looks like. High of 'only' 94 today. See you at The Pools!

We think @DoubleBarrelLV might be one of the best lunchtime spots to enjoy the Sun and Las Vegas Strip.

When at the #casino, do you go from table to table, or do you stay in one place for the night?
Did you know here at Monte Carlo, we give #FREE Craps table lessons daily at 11 a.m.?

I feel like the casino at this hotel is missing something... I remember it being larger but that was also before I gambled (9yrs ago) & the machines I would only rate as okay... When betting a large amount I felt the payout was preferably good but on the minimum bet payout would be smaller & occur less often then at other places in my opinion!! Buffet was pretty good. I like breakfast the best!! Rooms are very nice with comfy beds (definitely a plus)... Friendly & helpful staff.

I will start with a positive note - friendly staff and beautiful lobby area. This hotel is in a great area right on the strip. I was extremely disappointed in the cleanliness of this hotel. Upon walking into our room, we found a lot of hair, trash and pills on the floor and what appeared to be the cleaning services rag left in our bathroom. Guest services quickly moved us which we appreciated but the room still had some crumbs and hair on the floor. Because of the trouble, we were comped one resort fee which was nice. The rooms are severely outdated and need an overhaul. I expected more since this is a 4-Star but I have stayed in Holiday Inns that were better than this. Hotel has a lot to offer with a casino, restaurants and bars but again, the lack of cleanliness takes away from the overall experience.

I've stayed at the Monte Carlo half a dozen times, and it's always nice and reasonably priced. The new area with the t mobile pavilion is nice, and it looks like they're completing new pool construction, and opening a new area where the hallway shops to the Aria used to be. Edit: when making the reservation, I'd appreciate a heads up stating something like, "just a heads up, we're doing a lot of construction, and it'll be starting just outside your window sometime around 7am. Buy some ear plugs, book a different hotel, or forego drinking and gambling, and go to bed by 11."

The rooms are fairly cheap, but you get what you pay for. Minimal bathroom supplies means you better decide if you want to either wash your hands or have soap in the shower. Having no fridge in our room made it seem antiquated, which wasn't helped by the rather gross and somehow bunched up carpeting in the hallways. At least the bed seems comfortable, I guess.

We had a wonderful experience! Carlos at the front desk was so accommodating and he helped us check in early! Great views, great service. The air conditioning was not working properly and we called the front desk -- within minutes someone came up to fix it. The technician was very professional and apologetic. The room we stayed in was very clean, comfortable and updated. We will stay here again on our next trip to vegas!

My boyfriend and I stayed in the Spa Room on the 25 level room 201. Price wise, it was $197 which was the cheapest I could find. We did stay on a weekend for one night. The room was very spacious and had all the right accommodations including a mini fridge, a shower big enough for two people and a king sized bed. The place was very clean too. The hotel itself was nice because it's in the middle if the strip so most things I wanted to do were within walking distance like the Chocolate Bar.

Stayed overnight in a standard room. Room rates were very reasonable for the holiday season. Facility was very clean and the air smelled noticeable cleaner than other hotels. Parking garage was very efficient and effective. Didn't gamble much at the casino but loved how close it was to the strip. Merry Christmas from Vegas!

Resort was beautiful and clean and just felt good. I don't know how else to say it. We had lunch at Double Barrel. The food was delicious, the weather was perfect. It was a great time.
