Yesterday evening, I stop at your outlet boutique located in Sawgrass Mills Mall and I was astonished by the lack of customer service, decency and respect. I typically do not buy time pieces from outlets but I happen to find a piece that I had been looking for. Your sales ambassador was not very knowledgeable but friendly and I ended up buying the time piece. However, about three minutes after leaving the boutique while walking to get my car I realized that the time had not changed. Upon closer inspection I discovered that the second hand was getting jammed on the minute hand. I walked right back into the store to replace the watch when I was welcomed by the words these time pieces do not have warranty. I was a little upset but decided to ask for and exchange and to my surprise the only one left was the one I bought and the display model. I do not buy display model time pieces, I buy new. Therefore, I proceeded to ask for refund and to my surprise not only there is no warranty on my time piece, there was also no refunds. The sales ambassador called the manager who did no help as he only offered a 10% off on the display model and I would have to spend the 10% at the store as they were not able to refund it. Therefore, I had to leave the store with my broken time piece, very upset and gigantically disappointment. It is unreal to believe that a watch boutique with the reputation Mont Blanc has, can sale a broken time piece and not stand by it. You can rest assure I nor no one I know will ever buy from you again.
