Except he was not one person,  but Ferdinando Stanley,  his younger brother,  William Stanley (the 5th and 6th Lords of Derby) and Thomas Kyes,  the son of Sir Thomas and Mary Grey Kyes.
All of three men were Crown heirs whm have been written out of history.
Edward De Vere  joined Ferdinando Stanley when he, as Lord Strange,  assumed control of r his father's acting group that was supervised Thomas Kyd and brought with hime his secretaries John Lyly and  Anthony Munday.
Ferdinando Stanley called his cousin, Thomas Kyes in for assistance when his play writes, Thomas Kyd and Christopher Marlowe ran into desperate straights with the royal authorities.
Kyes,  De Vere  and Francis Bacon ran Shakespeare in "his" most fruitful years from Ferdinando Stanley's assassination in 1594 until 1603 when De Vere died and Bacon became more formally aligned with the Crown.
The First Folio was such a botched job edited by Bacon and Ben Jonson that William Stanley had to continuously correct the material until the English Cilvil War.
Will Shagspur, the Bard of Avon,  had no role in the matter than to roughly absent himself from Statford when Thomas Kyes needed to use his identity in London during the theater seasons when he had to appear to conduct theater business in the public view.

Introduction
MIT is a world-class educational institution where teaching and research — with relevance to the practical world as a guiding principle — continue to be its primary purpose.

MIT is independent, coeducational, and privately endowed. Its five schools and one college encompass numerous academic departments, divisions and degree-granting programs, as well as interdisciplinary centers, laboratories and programs whose work cuts across traditional departmental boundaries.
