Pinkies up! It's time for a spot of tea in the "Tea Cozy" as we call it here at The Mills House Wyndham Grand Hotel. Sip something warm over a book, or while you catch up with a friend or family member.

Sure, we have been named "The Friendliest City in the World," but #Charleston also has a deep and dicey past. Learn all about it on the "Darkside of Charleston Walking Tour" by Bulldog Tours!

Great location. Rooms are decent. No in room fridge. A/C in our room worked great which is always a concern for us. Nice "rooftop" pool.

Hotel had a lot of charm and was clean, however, some rooms are much smaller than others even at the same price. The bar tending staff was a little slow and old fashioned. Great location to everything and the pool was nice

We arrived during a busy time. The bell hop was wonderful and extremely helpful. The hotel is beautiful and extraordinarily clean and welcoming. Would absolutely recommend this location to anyone visiting Charleston.

Hi we stayed in your hotel on the night of July 6th in room 206 and were very unhappy with our stay from beginning to end. first off when we arrived for valet parking the attendant was rude and didn't even offer to help us unload our bags as we just had a cart thrown in front of us and were told we would have to wheel it around to the side of the building and couldn't go in the front and this was after we sat in our vehicle and watched these same attendants unload the vehicle in front of us and wheel their stuff in the front door. Next, when I went to take a shower in our room we had nothing but cold water very cold water and the tub wouldn't drain. the next thing I noticed was the the toilet was leaking around the base of it thus causing a mess on the floor. Then at night sleeping was almost impossible as the room fluctuated in temperature from very cold to very hot even with the thermostat set on 65. unfortunately this was not the end of our issue as starting first at 8:30 and again around 9 I'm assuming the person was supposed to clean the room when we left asked if we had checked out yet which obviously we hadn't and proceeded to ask if we were still sleepy both times...I could see this happening maybe once but twice...that is unacceptable. We did not enjoy our stay at all and will not be returning to your hotel and will also tell every one we know that the quality of service at your hotel is awful. I hope other patrons are treated better than us.

My wife and I stayed in Room 210, and it was wonderful. Centrally located, this hotel is close to everything, and staff was very helpful with their directions and recommendations. I would definitely go again, but probably not in July, as it is extremely humid. All in all though, great trip.

The Mills house was beautiful, clean and properly air conditioned for the Charleston summer heat. They even had free fabulous yoga on the pool deck!

Good service and a comfortable room, but it has the feel of a big hotel in a city known for more intimate charm. I was here for a group annual meeting, which included breakfast in one of the ballrooms that was good but nothing outstanding. I appreciate that this hotel was built in the historic style, but I was a bit disappointed when I learned the structure wasn't actually historic.
