Went today to pick up my new key, have it synced to my vehicle, and also get it washed. I stayed to wait on it, having been told prior that it should only take an hour or so. They were pretty busy when I got there, so I figured it would be a longer wait since it was also getting cleaned. Almost 4 hours later, there were only a couple of people left in the lounge. So I decided to inquire on the status - and found out that it had been done. Apparently, for quite some time. I was told (when I mentioned that I had been waiting almost 4 hours), by my service guy that he had went to lunch and when he came back, nothing was on his desk. So apparently he either thought somebody had already checked me out, or that I had dropped my vehicle off and would return later (shouldn't someone have called to let me know it was ready, if it was thought that I had dropped it off?). I wasn't quite sure what he thought as he had no intentions on talking to me about it, just said I'm sorry and walked back in. Either way, had I not asked about my vehicle - I guess I would still be sitting in their lounge. Between this lovely service and the not-so-great wash job (that didn't even touch the inside - I guess that should have been specified), I'll make the drive to McKinney for future service.

We just bought a new Mercedes vehicle from the Park Place DFW they told us we can get a free car wash any time at any Mercedes Benz Place in the Dallas area. When it comes to buying the car they are nice of course. Well, however the service for the car wash was a total disappointment. Not only we had to wait about 45 minutes for the car to be washed but it was still dirty when it came out... not polished, the interior was not even considered to be cleaned,they removed the windshield wipers and didn't put them back on .....poor service.

Sandra, We would like to apologize for the wait time you experienced in regards to your car wash. While we took your car to be washed immediately upon your arrival, our car wash service is on a first-come, first-serve basis, and wait times can vary depending on the number of cars to be washed at any given time. Our Service Manager, Mr. Dunn, has reviewed the security camera footage from that day in order to determine what happened to your wipers. Footage indicates that your wipers were on your vehicle when it exited the car wash tunnel.

From the moment we met to discuss the new 450GLS, Jay Serio demonstrated a tremendous amount knowledge and patience (3 hours worth!) in answering all of my questions. Jay Serio provided a thoughtful and efficient service in selling to my wife and me a new Mercedes. We decided to purchase the car without any planned preparations on our side and on the initial day the process took a bit longer than expected. When we returned to pick up the car the process was quick and flawless. Jay has offered followup for instruction and for preparing our revised gate and garage settings. My husband and I have been dealing with Park Place, Nedd Ross and Brian, since we moved to Dallas 51/2 years ago. In that time, we have leased 1 car and purchased 3 cars! Would not go anywhere else or work with anyone else! Nedd is very personable and so knowledgeable about Mercedes-Benz autos. He and Brian are very thorough in making sure that we know all the systems in the car and how to use them. At 77, some of the new electronics are a little confusing to us but when we left the dealership, we knew how to use them. Nedd never pushes but he does understand his customer very well and so can guide us to exactly what we want in a car. We have met his manager, Karla in service, and other dealership personnel. All are very friendly and professional. Everyone treats us as important customers that they are interested in helping. BOTTOM LINE: I love my new GLC300!

John Garza took care of my service appointment. He was great and I received my vehicle back in a timely matter. I purchased a full detail service and my vehicle came back to me better than I left it with them; it was like I just drove it off the lot. Thanks John!
