Men who do this have better sex, according to new research. http://spr.ly/6263Bwq15
Channel your inner meathead: Macho men have more satisfying sex lives, according to recent research from Notre Dame of Maryland University. In the study, men who scored highest on a standardized questionnaire of masculinity rated their sex life as pretty darn close to ideal. The reason: Manliness is associated with confidence—which can help ward off any body image issues you may have—being goal-oriented, and high self-esteem, all of which have be...

Fun fact: You should have 3-5 erections every night. http://spr.ly/6266Bwmiq
Imagine a doctor telling you to wear a roll of stamps around your penis to bed. You would probably find a new doctor. But several decades ago, urologists used the technique to test men for erectile problems. If the perforations were torn in the morning, that was good news: It meant the guys popped an erection overnight, says Tobias Köhler, M.D., M.P.H., an associate professor and residency program director of the urology division at Southern Ill...

Lifting overhead is risky. Should you do it? This test will tell you: http://spr.ly/6266Bwm92
Whoa there, Flintstone. Hoisting heavy objects overhead may feel primitively pleasing, but it’s a great way to mess up your shoulders and lower back for good if your form is faulty. Poor mobility leads to imperfect form, which aggravates joints and causes lingering pain, say researchers in the U.K. Use this quick test to check your form before diving into overhead lifts like the shoulder press, pullup, push press, military press, and overhead squ...

The only beer you should drink when you’re eating pork: http://spr.ly/6264Bwmey
There are two reasons you need to try Stone’s Ruination Double IPA 2.0. The first: You love big, bold, hop-forward IPAs that go wild on your taste buds—without the alcohol smashing you in the face like some other East Coast double IPAs.

So…A surprising number of men have masturbated while thinking about peeing. http://spr.ly/6269BwqEW
The best part of masturbating is you can have sex with anyone, any style, and nobody will ever know. It’s your little secret. Unless you reveal your deepest, darkest fantasies to a bunch of sex researchers, like more than 1,500 Canadian adults recently did. In a 2015 study in the Journal of Sexual Medicine, people rated how often they fantasized about certain sexual scenarios. Check out some of the stats listed below.

Your stress level can mess up your body’s chemistry. Here’s what that means for you: http://spr.ly/6265BwmcJ
It’s not just donuts that can put you at risk: High stress levels may cause type 2 diabetes, research suggests. Psychologists interviewed more than 1.5 million Swedish men to see how well they coped with stress. The men were then tracked for 25 years to see if they developed diabetes. The guys with poor stress management were 1.5 times more likely to get the disease than those who were more resilient.

How social media sabotages your sleep: http://spr.ly/6264Bwm9n
The more you scroll, the less you snooze. Social media use is linked to poor sleep, a new study from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine finds. Researchers surveyed people about their social media habits and sleep quality. They found that the more often you check your feeds and the more time you spend on them, the more likely you are to have trouble falling and staying asleep.

In praise of mutual masturbation: http://spr.ly/6266Bwmgw
It doesn’t matter how long you’ve been dating or married to somebody—the idea of masturbating in front of them, or watching them while they masturbate, can seem mortifying. But if you haven’t tried it, some couples claim that you’re missing out. “When I walked in on my boyfriend masturbating, it was the hottest thing I’d ever seen,” says Jessica, 29. “We’ve added it into our sexual rotation.”

Check this out—or light some money on fire. Whichever you prefer. http://spr.ly/6261BwmeN
Apple launched its latest operating system last year, but some people are still getting hit with jacked-up bills as a result of one of its new features. It’s called Wi-Fi Assist, and it’s designed to make your web experience faster. When you’re stuck on a shoddy Wi-Fi connection, it automatically switches your phone over to data instead.

An expert tells you the REAL way to perform the life-saving technique: http://spr.ly/6264BwmdK
Sudden cardiac arrest occurs when the heart unexpectedly stops beating, which cuts off blood flow to the brain and other organs. If not treated, it can cause death within minutes. In fact, only about 10 percent of people overall who experience it outside a hospital survive with their brain functions intact, a new study in JAMA found. But early action can stave off the Grim Reaper: When sudden cardiac arrest victims first received CPR from bystan...
