Wishing a speedy recovery to B.B. King. If you're downtown, sign the Get Well Card near his blues club. #bealestreetbluesboy

Overton Square is celebrating 45 years this Thursday - Saturday. http://www.overtonsquare.com/upcoming-events/overton-square-45th-anniversary-party/
This year we're throwing a 45th Anniversary/Reunion party Thursday, May 21st through Saturday, May 23rd to commemorate 45 years of good times and great stories! Appropriately the 3-day event starts on a Thursday night, since Thursdays at the Square were and are the bomb!

Here's what happens when you spend 24 hours in the Bass Pro Pyramid. http://www.ilovememphisblog.com/2015/05/24-hours-in-the-bass-pro-pyramid/
Last week, I set out to accomplish something that had never been done before, at least that I know of: spend 24 hours inside the Bass Pro Pyramid.

Get some of the best views of Downtown and the river at Twilight Sky Terrace atop the Madison Hotel. http://www.ilovememphisblog.com/2015/05/twilight-sky-terrace-go-for-the-views-stay-for-the-snacks/
The Twilight Sky Terrace rooftop patio and bar on top of the Madison Hotel downtown opened for its spring and summer season a few weeks ago. I stopped by to sample a few cocktails, small plates, and take in the view.
