We try to be as flexible as possible at MCM and would like to say we always do what we can to ensure a great experience. I’m disappointed to hear that we fell short in this situation. The reason why orders cannot be changed or cancelled is because they go out for immediate credit card authorization. At that point we cannot make a change or the authorization Is no longer valid. On rare occasion our inventory is off and I would definitely give my sales reps direction to be flexible in this situation, perhaps placing an additional order for you for another product and picking up the shipping.
